Looks like it's gearing up to be more critical of cryptocurrencies. I honestly speculate that the EO was administered to try to exert more taxes and to head off money laundering efforts. As far as I remember, Trump didn't really say anything about regulating crypto.
Additionally, the EO paves the way for a public digital dollar. With the latest set of asset freezings, I'm very wary of this federal digital dollar if it every comes onto existence.

The segment was centered around how every issue is seen through a crazy partisan lens, and how we Americans are making the war about us and our political beliefs. He then took shots at mostly Republicans over this but did bring say it was a legitimate question to ask why if Trump was a puppet of Putin, why didn't Putin invade when Trump was in office? He also said it was stupid of Biden to bring up January 6th in regards to the invasion of Ukraine. Maher sees 75% of the whole picture of what is wrong with the modern left, but his TDS truly blinds him, although him asking that question about Trump being Putin's supposed puppet was pretty shocking to me.

I'm surprised too since didn't Maher say a few years ago that Trump was in the pocket of the Russians. Surprised seeing his change of view there.
This pisses me off we were becoming energy independent under Trump and Biden retardedly throwed that away when thrown into office. Now he's saying we need to be more energy independent when he's the reason we stop being energy independent.

This recent talk of energy independence is making my head explode. We were energy independent under Trump, but Biden from the word 'go' did his damnedest to cripple oil and natural gas production. Now we're supposed to believe there's genuine interest from the White House that we need to be energy independent? I would laugh at how ridiculous this notion is if it wasn't so infuriating.
