Oh there was a reason for Libya.

They were getting ready to stop trading in dollars. Same reason Iraq happened (Afghanistan was, surprisingly, legit because the Taliban told us to fuck off when we asked them to either hand over bin Laden or let us come in to get him).

Anyway, as far as our government is concerned, we have to squash that shit out immediately before it gets off the ground if at all possible, because if the dollar stops being the reserve currency and petro trade currency our entire economy will collapse overnight from the loss in value of the dollar (which means, very likely a loss in power for the establishment and quite probably a balkanization of the US).
I disagree on it being legit: a massive intelligence fuckup like 9/11 happens and instead of holding our internal bureaucrats accountable, we blame some camel humpers that weren’t even holding Bin Laden. He was in Pakistan.

The invasion of Afghanistan has more to do with the Taliban killing the poppies and its hurt on the US pharmaceutical industry than some butt hurt sandnigger.

And ironic now to see the Talibans counting on the poppies now for the $$. :story:

Meanwhile the Atlantic tried to outdone the Babylon Bee about Ukraine and it didn't worked well for them.

Tbh I agree with the Graham man

Putin is bluffing, he wouldn't risk his entire country's continued existence for fucking Ukraine. Tbh we should have been ready to call his bluff from the very beginning.
NATO wouldn't (shouldn't) risk its entire existence over Ukraine either. The goal of America/NATO is to initiate regime change in countries to something that favors the west with the ultimate goal of doing it to Russia itself. Putin fears the CIA being near Moscow more than the nukes.

We should break into more oligarchs and their families houses :)
"We", huh?

I really don't think there's any risk of NATO getting actively involved with this war. Most European militaries are both broke and small and it would take months of shipping vehicles over to Europe for the US to have a force large enough to actually handle a potential offensive into Belarus/Russia.

Also I feel Putin would just say fuck it and deploy tactical nukes if it came to that, cause why not?
Certainly not France (Macron must surely realise his earler finger wagging at Putin was foolish on the eve of war and Putin is not an African dictator with uranium under his soil) and hardly the UK (BoJo is becoming the Darksidephil of politics and surely sees a bad idea). The only other decent Euro military might be the Hellenic Navy and Armed Forces. Again, no go there either. Greeks might be daring, but not reckless. Politics isn't a motorbike anyhow.

Isn't the Polish army pretty large and well-equipped? Granted, they're still using mostly modernized Soviet gear, but they do maintain a large standing army.

You know, the Trump/Russia collusion may have not been real, but given how much people would be fine with what’d happen in the name of “owning the libs”, I’m surprised it didn’t have more weight. Threats to bomb Moscow must have really put a damper on things and only worked to create a bigger boogeyman that’s only now being unleashed. Can’t believe how both sides of the aisle are so easily impressed.
Are you trying to pull a "what if Fox journalists were killed"? A journalist is a journalist.

Lmao...wait till Chechens or middle eastern fighters get him, his asshole will be the size of Darvaza crater.

Also if Ukrainians are so LGBTQ friendly we should send all western troons to fight on their side. First pic below is Anastasia, Germany's first trans batalion commander.

The rest are just funny military troons

Can you name a political assassination committed by Biden or even Trump? International drone strikes like Qasem Soleimani don't count.

>assassinations are bad and evil!
>except if you use high tech toys from behind a screen, then they are valid tools of freedom and democracy!

the absolute state of burger brains lmao
