I saw this get posted on Telegram, it's a weapons cache the Russians found after taking out an Ukrainian position. Those are fucking muskets in the middle, what the fuck do these ukies think they are going to do with muskets? I suppose they could be collectibles but I prefer to imagine them shooting musket balls at tanks.

What in the everloving fuck is that mish mash AK looking thing next to the muskets? It looks like a Browning semi auto shotgun, an AK, and a Wilkinson carbine had a rape baby. Also fucking hell I hate the fact these nigs have PPSHs and Thompsons. How the fuck are these retards poor? Could make a good 10k just selling that shit under the table at the very least.

Eh the values on those are inflated by limited supply on the American market. I doubt they're anywhere near as valuable on the global arms market.

Azov isn't really much different than any other National Guard formation. They just have the highest profile and a disproportionate amount of propaganda made by them and against them. Rumors abound.

I disagree. They have an awful lot of foreign fighters in their ranks and it doesn't seem to matter that some of them had a criminal history.
Some Russian criminals wanted by Russia also joined it. There is at least one Russian who is wanted for murder who joined AZOV.

They got their equipment and training from the USA/NATO.

This just in, 23rd Foreign Volunteer Tercio Regiment recently acquired the steel to get new pikes from melting down Russian T34s. Zelensky estimates only 3 weeks until Ukraine reaches Moskva.

I'd guess it wasn't so much a "cache" as "whatever was lying around the neighborhood": the tommy is somebody's lend-lease hand-me-down, the muskets were fireplace pieces, somebody brought home the PPsH from the war, the Mauser was a trophy, the AK was from the end of the Soviet Union fire sale, only real oddballs are the RPGs.

More likely is that it came from a former soviet depot. Post WW2 the Russians kept and stored every single axis weapon it captured. Some were doled out to various East bloc allies until they got better gear, then those and the remaining ones got shipped out to various communist movements worldwide. A few must have been left in back corners.

Yes, this will certainly work in a warzone in a world where the entire global economy got fucked up the ass for a solid two years and really wasn't doing that hot for a while before then. If this is a legitimate proposal or something being put into action it won't last very long.
