The average person who is sympathetic to the trans cause doesn’t really know anything about it beyond the flags and sentimentality. They’ll likely just be annoyed and confused as to why you don’t want people to be happy. They don’t really have any frame of reference for the middle aged man who abandons his family in favour of dressing up like a 4 year old girl. Or the transbian AGP and their ever escalating paraphila.
My few closest friends are very much on the same wave length as me. I wouldn’t argue with friends outside that small immediate circle, because even if you ‘win’, there will be another cause or battle around the corner for them to believe in all over again. Transgenderism will fall out of fashion as a subject at some point, just as gay marriage did. Nobody really cared before they were told to, and when they’re told to care about something else they will.
