Realistically there's not enough to get a conviction on a rape charge here. Let's be very honest though and admit we all know he fucking did it. Literally every single action he has made that speaks to his character tells us without question he did it. Proving it is another matter.
That being said, it may not require a conviction to put him in jail. The suspended sentence is very much in play. While I don't know the funer nuances between the suspension and probation, I can say for sure that if you are simply charged with a crime, not convicted, its enough to revoke that probation.
If the suspension has anything near similar in its design, all Alice has to do is walk into a police station with her story, the video of Ralph essentially retelling the story, and contact numbers of people who will also testify to Ralph's numerous assaults on women. Between multiple people with a Nora assault story, the revenge porn conviction, the assault on a female officer, etc. Its enough for at least a charge.
This may well be enough to flip the suspension. Meanwhile, Vickers has just gotten Ralph's paternity swab. He can hit Ralph for something crazy like 12k in back child support while Ralph is still in jail. Ralph could be walking out and right back into work release to begin paying the back debt.
