It's not about him being right, or wrong in this situation (though, it all comes down to a penchant for one's opinion anyways) It's just that this community of hate followers have made up their mind a long time ago when it comes to Phil.

A preconception that will never set motion towards the brink of collapse; which perfectly summarizes the people on this forum - that have way too much time on their hand to perpetually (unjustifiably and nit-picky for the most part) scold people who are for once trying to at least act like decent human being.

They can keep on with the whole cult nonsense that supposedly surrounds Phil's streams, but we know which group has the biggest cult following of them all.

The beautiful thing (for us) about Phil is that no matter what dirt surfaces on him he has no choice but to remain with his ass exposed out in the wide open. I mean, a celebrity or politician will lay low for a while if they get negative press. Not Phil, though, he has no choice but to go before the cameras every day. This leads to lots of latent anger or delusional spins that maybe even he believes.

It's like he can't read, like he's a literal mentally handicapped adult or at the very least legitimately stupid. Sony even addressed the reasoning behind not wanting to release games day 1 on the service.

He is amazing though when he's not being Phil Tannen all his takes are either like Billy Madison explaining the industrial revolution or "guys hot take, water is wet" "phil, technically water makes things wet" "shut up stupid that has nothing to do with what I said you marhan"

He thinks Sony is going to do the exact same thing Microsoft does and give away free games day one. He expects things that he can leech off of. Guarantee he would limit his games to only games that are free if Sony copied Microsoft. He really is hamstringing himself by not playing games on PC. He could save so much money in the long run AND Sony is moving to start putting their games on PC as well.

And once Phil gets whiff of Coffeezilla - and his work of exposing scams, oh boy! He's worked with Muta to uncover the "Save the Kids" bitcoin that some of Faze Clan and that piece of shit, RiceGum sponsored. In a TL;DC, it was a pump and dump that got dropped faster than bugged dodging mechanics.

Dude is pretty ruthless on exposing the bullshit that influencers try to shell out crap to their fans. Like I mentioned before, he's done pieces on every "influencer" piece of shit out there: IcePosiden, RiceGum, Lana Rhodes, Logan and Jake Paul, etc...

My best guess? Coffeezilla got whiff of DSP somehow, decided to do a little digging and started following DSP to see "what this dude is really about", grab screenshots to "prove" the scam, etc...Coffee likes to screen grab tweets of someone he's doing an investigation before he gets blocked and dude is like a pitbull when it comes to uncovering the bullshit.

If my hypothesis is correct, Phil is in for a WORLD of hurt. To expose Phil to a MAINSTREAM audience, especially to Coffeezilla fans, oh boy! Phil will bounce back, because that's what Phil does. You can't kill the roach completely, but to bring more eyes to the scam, that puts the fear of God into the pig.

If this dude is actually sniffing around, I hope he's smart to come here and read up on the years of collected information. At least related to the financials.

The video says 'Published June 6, 2018' under it because that's the date Phil unprivated every single video on his channel when he was fumbling around with his channel after the Curse unpartnering.
That video is from 2010 like the title says, although Phil is still racist to this day so whateves.

Honestly, he could start with the DSP Savings and Loan thread. That has a summary of the major financial pieces, including monthly estimates of income for like 3 or 4 years. There's also dedicated threads to the bankruptcy and links in the S&L thread to specific discussions of stuff like federal tax estimates (that turned out to be pretty close) and so on.

Dude could also just ask around, tbh, and get the big pieces of interest.
