He probably sticks to various fried carbs and the kind of greasy, highly processed meat most fast food slop troughs serve. And yeah, probably industrial quantities of soda and Hawaiian punch and shit. Actually maybe not, deathfats seem to barely chew their food anyway, so as long as he has a couple molars he could probably still eat pizza like normal.

I never knew prescription opiates to make your mouth look like that, that's interesting. I guess it's not impossible he's taken up crack or something, but if he's managed to look this much worse just from being a fat, lazy gross ass pill popper that's fairly impressive. Not the good type of impressive.

This guy's brain needs to be studied once he finally drops.

They don't fuck up your mouth like that. He's lost his teeth in probably one of three ways:

1. He got punched the fuck out by somebody.
2. He tripped and fell knocking them out.
3. He ripped them out himself to get more pain meds.

Of all of them, I think #3 is the most probable. I mean you listen to that "Steven Assanti Needs Help" video and he sounds high as fuck.
