Pretty sure if that rumor about Dr. Now being cancelled from the show (See 600lb Life thread) has everything to do with wastes of space like Steven. Shitheads like him and Pauline Potter are exactly why insurance probably is declaring Dr. Now's practice to suddenly become more of a liability than they like.
Except... they signed on for this too. But, yeah, I bet even when Dr. Now only did shows like "My Half-Ton Son" and "Half Ton Killer" he had considerably less traffic through his office. But with MSHPL, the assembly line of patients increased--along with the Ratfuck welfare grifters with no intention of doing anything besides wasting everyone's time.
I feel for Dr. Now. Honestly he should've capped the show at maybe 5 seasons and end on a good note. Maybe his son has some hand in this since his son more or less put his practice on the map.

Problem is with both the human services agencies and the courts. Dr. Now called Adult Protective Services on James King's wife and they DID NOTHING. NOT A DAMN THING.
'Course, if another "AOW, MAH LAYYG!" Incident happened in the hospital, suddenly the Kings are Johnny on the Spot at court. More than every pachyderm who complains relentlessly about excruciating pain, but is Johnny on the Spot for TATTOO TIME.
Dr. Now doesn't play games or take anyone's shit. MOST of the blame lies right with Mr. Assanti Sr. Dunno about the mother. Don't really care. She ain't there. But Mr. Assanti IS THERE. And CONTINUES TO BE THERE. As it stands...he is the cause for MOST of the ongoing abuse.

If those lawsuits are the reason why the show gets cancelled, that would suck. It's obvious that many of them never chose to follow through or keep up with their health at all based on previous dismissed lawsuits.

Like Russtard Greer, there's probably some boilerplate in the contract they have to sign in order to appear and one of the stipulations is they can't sue. They understand that the procedure doesn't work, that it's going to be edited for viewing to make it more appealing and unless they can prove something like gross negligence they have no case.

Or at least that's what I would think is going on.

I'd love it to be true because honestly it shows his Dad and brother have finally had enough of his shit and are cutting him loose. But until we hear from them on the matter I'm kinda pressing "X" to doubt.

Steven lies a lot especially if he feels it will garner him sympathy and acceptance. This could just be an example of him wanting to get asspats and maybe have people send him money so he can buy pizza.

He must have shallow roots if his teeth come out easily. Lots of people with rotten teeth have deep roots still stuck in the jaw that can require surgery to remove. Yay! He can get more drugs.

It could be the endless amounts of soda he devours or possibly teeth grinding, if not then my only other suggestion would be that he may be drinking too much oral morphine.
