In cases where your mouth ends up fucked up from drugs, it's rarely the drug directly attacking the teeth. It's usually that drug addicts have very poor self-care. They often consume lots of sugary beverages, don't brush their teeth, in the case of meth constantly grind their teeth and sleep with their mouths open, drying out the mouth.

Addicts who otherwise maintain their personal hygiene, brush their teeth, force themselves to eat some normal food, etc. don't end up looking like that.

You're talking about the whole "meth mouth" phenomenon or at least that's what it sounds like to me. And while he's an addict I don't think he's on meth. He'd be a lot thinner if he was.

Steven, while I doubt practices good hygiene, went from all his teeth to looking like some hillbilly from the backwoods who never went to a dentist. So something happened, within a couple months, so he winds up that way. And unless you are deliberately ignoring your teeth it's kinda hard for them to rot away completely in that time.

I'm talking about all those drugs. Meth just seems to do it a lot faster. But any addiction that is so all-consuming it takes away energy for drug-seeking behavior to the point people simply don't maintain themselves at all is going to damage teeth too.

This has been going on for years, though. All his teeth didn't suddenly just fall out. It only looks like a more dramatic development because he had a fairly long absence.

He's a deathfat but he's still, reasonably, young meaning his body is still able to maintain itself but not for much longer.

Have you never wondered why you never see any old deathfats? And I don't mean some guy in his 60's with a huge beer belly or something. I mean a barely sentient pile of hog fat like Steven here at 60. It's because they tend to die way before that. And even if they do manage to lose the weight, like through stomach stapling, the damage is already done. The oldest morbidly obese person on record died at 60. And that was still after losing something like 900 pounds over many years from her top weight of 1200 pounds.

If Steven doesn't do anything he'll be dead by the time he's 40. And his addiction to pain killers isn't helping matters.

Maybe if we’re lucky he’ll overdose soon if dying via fat isn’t an option right now.

How's his brother Justin doing these days???? He was running a hobby shop and I guess I could go and see for myself, but curious if anyone follows him?

I don't think he ripped his teeth out. I think he just has dry mouth from the pain meds, a diet high in sugar, and no oral hygiene. Cavities develop quickly with dry mouth. Small ones can start as early as two weeks without brushing. Extensive decay only takes a year. And unlike cavities in a person with normal saliva that usually take place in a few spots, decay from dry mouth will be on all teeth. Even sporadic brushing can slow it down, but Steven isn't doing that.

Abuse: Look at his jackass of a father. Guy just Kow Tows to whateverthefuck his Shoggoth of a son screams for. Obviously never once set a boundary or enforced it. He lets Shub Niggurath here abuse and steal from his brother. Yeah, Justin has a lot of issues, but Goddamn the dad even ACTIVELY ASSISTS in abusing and stealing from Justin just to placate his other abomination unto the Lord thy God.

He fucking dead ass threatens to CAWL THA POLEECE--from TEXAS--if daddeh doesn't order, purchase, and have a pizza delivered to his shitshack out of state from Rhode Island.
And every fucking time, by God, the dad did it.

That, in and of itself, is abuse.

100% this. I cannot understand parents who bend to every single whim of their children. You dont have to believe in whoopings or harder discipline, but jesus christ, your kid will NOT die if you tell them "NO" once in a while and give them consequences to bad behavior. I would have turned into a real little shithead if my parents didnt dish out punishments when I was acting like a turd.

The issue is that Steven obviously never understood that no mean no and he'd probably have continued to press the point over and over until his parents gave in. Yes his parents play a part in this. There's is no question of that but Steven is a master manipulator. You saw it all the time on the TLC episode they did. He pushes, pushes, pushes and going as far as to "accidentally" spill his urine all over the floor. Then when Dr. Now tells him to stop being such a little shit he immediately turns on the water works and says he's so sorry and it will never happen again but Dr. Now isn't a pushover like his Dad and doesn't take shit from him and says he's done. He doesn't care what happens next but Steven can't continue to stay in the hospital.

This guy, looking like he did, managed to convince a normal looking woman to marry him. This sack of sentient hog fat with all the charm of a seasick crocodile managed to charm a woman into getting married. Guy knows how to play with people's emotions. So while I agree his Dad should put his foot down he's too far gone at this point and just finds it's easier to agree to his son's whims.

He seems to be doing well. He hasn't posted any photos of himself in a long time so I have no idea how well his weight loss is going for him. But his business seems to be doing well. He posted on Facebook that he got a new car, and he also did some charity livestreams for his local children's hospital. He also seems to have more friends than he did before.
