Since he both totally would post on FB the exact hospital where this surgery would supposedly take place AND as usual be a total dumbass and not figure out how we somehow knew the exact hospital despite every precaution he took (while being oblivious to the fact he broadcast that info to the world on his FB page), basically here he just wants a "protected motorcade" anyway.

Even though if he actually was getting a surgery anyway, he wouldn't need a fucking escort since he wouldn't be GOING ANYWHERE by car since as he's made clear - he hates those things just as much as he hates the farms.

Also, love how he outright points out this police protective detail he's demanding would cost taxpayer money, but tries to spin it (with no success) as if that somehow doesn't justify those exact same criticisms of how he's a parasite sucking up taxpayer dollars and contributing absolutely nothing of value to society.
