I mean the actual casualties have been (according to open source information) have been less then the Russians. Also if one takes account into mobilization numbers you're going to start seeing More Russian sailors being drafted onto land battles. The Ukranians have an actual size advantage with numbers. It's one of those situations where the Ukranians have preformed better then initially predicted then again like 90% of the locals are supporting them and basically they have all the support while the Russians have little to none.

Yeah it certainly is pro-Russian, the guy doing it is clearly Russian and speaks often as "we" when referring to the war. Even as a Russian shill, I would never say you should take their numbers on faith and it doesn't hurt to compare numbers with the other side. I do think Intel Slava overall is pretty reliable though and does post a lot of good clips.
