I think those are Ukrainian soldiers given that they have some people who look like civilian militia soldiers mixed in and they're just kind of hanging out. I think that might also be a Ukrainian tank though, I could be wrong. Either way, those soldiers thought that tank was on their side, which it very well may have been and it was the tank crew that was mistaken. I'm going to guess those are Ukrainian soldiers and that was a Ukrainian tank because I'd think if it was a Russian tank, you'd hear them blasting away with the coaxial after the initial shot to finish off any survivors.
