Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

Even as dumbasses who ween the Wern, they are statistically likely to have a larger dick and not have DV convictions.

I’m going to say that there is an inversely proportionate relationship between dick size and DV charge history, so I fully agree with this. The thing is, none of the weens sending Lucas anything are worth dating either. Clout chasers are good for nothing. These are idiots who don’t produce enough of their own milk to be cows in their own right so the are essentially just having their moment in the sun talking to Lucas to feel special.

This comment actually made me laugh. It did just enough minor damage to his ego that he decided he should take the bus at 6am to go buy 10 energy drinks. Because busses obviously don’t leave a carbon footprint in any way. He can’t even walk to the gas station for excessive amounts of caffeine . How does he think he’s going to be able to walk around all summer to pick up those gen z baes?
Any guesses how long it’ll be before he consumes every single one of those drinks?

There appears to be a convenience store a mere two blocks from Mallon. The nearest bus stop also looks to be two blocks in the other direction - perhaps Lucas needed to get out and roam.

He has had people DoorDash him the exact same meal from the same place like four or five times in the last week. I don't see how that's something that could even be desirable, he's such an obese pud. He really is going to end up homeless again just so he can spend his few government dollars on crappy resturant meals. That's a double edged sword because on the one hand his content might be better than it has been lately, but he'll be back to losing his phone and going quiet for weeks like he's been known to do.

No you biggit, don’t you see? Once Lucas is out of Mallon, he will qualify and gain access to sexy sextion 8 housing that will bring in the zoomer baes. He won’t have Mallon meals and will be walking more so he will be back to size L Halloween t-shirts and will be singing nirvana and Pearl Jam on the corner attracting those leeeegul gen Z baes. He won’t be sleeping on the street, having his phone go dead, break, or be stolen. That’s like not at all what he is saying. Why are you totally trying to cockblock you flatbill?

Or your theory is 200% accurate.

A bus stop 2 blocks from Mallon means he doesn't have to waddle all the way to downtown. Waddles 2 blocks, catches a bus that takes him downtown to the bus plaza.

Having doordash deliver a 2 liter bottle of Coke and nothing else is absolutely exceptional. Lucas is a good example of poor people making poor decisions.

I have brought this up before and I will bring it up again. Lucas just up and leaving Mallon Place and severing his rent there will not be that easy. I know he is not court ordered to be there. He is court ordered to have a payee. The payee would have to okay his ending all payments to Mallon Place. Not sure they would go for that.

Lucas: "Payee, the rent is too damn high at Mallon Place. I want to leave there and live at the bus terminal till sextion 8 housing is approved. Stop paying them and give the money to me, so I can eat at Gander and Rye Grass."

Payee: "Sorry, Tubby. We can't let you moooove out of Mallon Place without another appropriate home plan. And the bus terminal is not appropriate. Plus, you are still on the no rent list. There is nowhere else to put you."

Lucas: "Moooo! Those agephobic bigots! Reeee!"

I think Lucas will get major pushback from his handlers if he tries to leave the nursing home. Now, if he is evicted, then that is another story.

Yeah I wasn't saying they were worth dating, just that they were more so than lucas (which is admittedly one of the lowest bars in the world).

It was also talking about Lucas's logic.
If girls want to date guys who give them free food, then why should they date Lucas who gets free food from others and not someone who provides free food?

Does he still have the payee or is his check sent to Mallon Place and Mallon gives him the $70 Personal Needs Allowance. I get the feeling he no longer has the payee and the 70 PNA he gets from Mallon he started to blow it all on restaurant meals and lost his phone service due to lack of payment.
Even if he still has the payee, I don't think she has the authority to stop the Creep from checking himself out of Mallon. Her only responsibility is to manage his SSI check.

The payee has to help him manage the SSI. Part of that is making sure that to the best of the resources available, housing is met. The reason Lucas has a payee to begin with is because he is not capable of responsibly managing his funds on his own. Instead of paying rent, he would eat at the Steam Plant and buy a bunch of Venom energy drinks.

Now, that they have Lucas in an appropriate housing situation, I really doubt that the payee would approve of Lucas returning to street hobo status, so he can get more restaurant money. That would essentially be allowing Lucas to be irresponsible, which is what the payee is there to attempt to enforce. Maybe I am giving the system too much credit, but it would seem to be a huge deriliction of duty for a payee to allow someone to become homeless because they do not like the food at a group/nursing home.

You’re confusing a payee and a guardian. His payee cannot make him stay. If he says he wants to be homeless, he can be homeless.

Edit to add: payee can only dictate how he spends money. So if he said he wants to move to an apartment that is 699 a month but no food or utilities, payee could say no. But payees cannot force him to remain at Mallon if he wants to be homeless. That’s a guardian.

I got this directly off the Social Security Administration's guide for Represntative Payees. It even goes into people in a nursing home and institution. According to this guide, yes, the payee is responsible in some ways for insuring their recipient is not homeless. In the case of voluntarily ceasing payments to the nursing home for a return to sleeping on the streets, that should not be done. Especially if it is ran by an accredited social services agency.

That indicates how the payee is supposed to use said funds - but the payee can't make Lucas stay in the facility. If Lucas wants to leave, he lets his payee know and then he's back to HOC (if there are beds available) and picking up money from the payee when he needs it. His payee is most likely way over burdened and underpaid, hence giving Lucas his $1400 stimulus payment all at once instead of rationing it out reasonably for him.

You are reading more into it. The "First, you must take care of the beneficiary's day to day needs for food and shelter" means the payee must 1st see that the rent is payed and the person has money to buy food if need be. It does not mean the the payee has the responsibility to find the person housing and/or the authority to keep the person from leaving a current place of residence. When he was booted from Pioneer Pathway, the payee was in no way responsible to find him housing and now that he is at Mallon the payee has no authority to keep him there.

Maybe I am. Lucas does not know what is in his best interest, obviously. He proves this every day. Voluntarily becoming homeless for anyone, especially someone like him is obviously the wrong choice.

Maybe the payee really doesn't have a choice in this matter if Lucas wants to be homeless? Not that they should personally care, but from a professional and compliance standpoint, I would have thought they would have to.

The payee may not be in agreement that he leave Mallon but she can't stop him from checking out.
