Conservative media once praised the 'yellow vests' a lot, claiming tha they are defending their freedom. To me, though, they were just facing the consequences of their actions. You probably already know that French labour throws a strike over the smalles things. If you are an employer and cannot afford the massive benefits France gives workers, then you have to suck it up and go bankrupt. The same happens if you are a governor and are performing austerity measures.
The irony is that, apparently, employers get around this by putting workers on a temporary contrac then firing them before the deadline that makes the workers permanent activates.

Currently, my personal lolcow is my younger cousin, who has flipped out and abandoned her husband and child to open a vape shop in the Outer Banks. She's totally disowned our shared side of the family. She was on the way to try to have her parents committed (for nothing) and she was involved in a police chase and then held for nuttiness herself briefly after. Not as extreme as most of the cases in the thread, but I remember one kid from grade school and he's one of the only examples of a personal lolcow I have. Looking back, he's probably severely autistic or maybe even a bit retarded, but back then I didn't really know about that kind of stuff.
I remember he smelled really awful, probably didn't bathe or shower often or at all, so no one wanted to be near him. It was to the point of he touched someone, the person would touch someone else to "pass on" his germs. There was this one poor girl he simped for and actually got mad if other guys got near her. She was nice to him, but I can't imagine their friendship was born out of anything but pity. He had this obsession with trains and planes, and also movie credits for some reason. Like if we watched a film in class, he'd get all pissy of the teacher tried to stop it once the credits rolled. And sometimes he'd just make weird sounds, like open his mouth and go "UNNNGHHH!" like a weird droning groan.
The only other major weird thing I can really recall was he put on what I think he called the "Rudy Rockinson Show" which was weird because his name isn't 't Rudy Rockinson, not even remotely close. It'd just be him spinning around like a helicopter and doing weird dances during recess. Bunch of kids would watch him just to make fun of him.

There are many people that i would consider "personal lolcows", here are some of them. I talked about some of these in the "People lost to troonism" thread:
Perry/Emi: former mutual of mine that used to be a decent person, but completely changed in mid-2020 and became a massive dickhead that was an obsessed Miku stan and nothing else. Even her circlejerk mods noticed this change and either created their own servers or left, which only caused her to change even more. This all boiled up to where she was "cancelled" on her little Twitter account, leaving her with only her discord server. I left not long after, however after getting into contact with another person on her server it turns out she tried to larp as a Troon which caused her to get cancelled and vanish. If it turns out she is 100% a dude, i will change the pronouns in this as troons can go fuck themselves.
Callum: Troon moderator for some old retro clone that has now since shut down. He was obviously unwell and shouldn't have been using the internet, yet somehow he was able to and it didn't go well at all as he would consistently sperg out and have a full blown mental breakdown before tiring himself out. He left sometime in late 2020, and i presume he has either trooned out further or has gotten off the internet for his own good

He had his own little channel on Youtube and the old Youtube clone that was talked about above where he would do "reaction videos" where he would essentially shit himself and do nothing but without the shitting. He would consistently get into beef with other people because of his shitty content and he would even make more "reaction" videos reacting to their content.
This would all come to a head sometime in 2019, where he would rage quit after multiple people grouped up and shat all over him. He made a "goodbye" video which was basically just him sulking about how he was right and everyone else was wrong. After this he would remain on Youtube until Late 2021, when he was exposed for chatting up with minors in a disturbing way. This caused him to quit the internet and delete his channel, which has caused most of his videos to be lost media

I'm too lazy to post any pics of his work, but he's always made me laugh for his rather shitty, copy-and-paste bodies and his weird mannerisms and beliefs. For example, he believes that time's a lot faster than it actually is, and now (according to him) its September 2024. I still can't believe that this guy, who's been on for 15 years and appears to be quite autistic, has managed to gain those numbers without even improving a slight amount is beyond baffling.

I just found out about this guy today, and was surprised/disappointed to not see anyone mentioning him.
His name is Daniel Schütz, otherwise known as Jeremy Fragrance. He's a German 'fragrance reviewer' (he smells and sells perfume) that's apparently somewhat infamous for shilling his overpriced perfume and generally acting very strange.
An average video on his youtube channel is usually about something pertaining to fragrances (theres a lot of top 10/5 videos) where he starts off by twirling around, and the comments are overwhelmingly positive. In the video "My Gay Past" (which is a very convoluted video where he talks in circles about having a past where he lied to cover up a rape suit and how he reconciled using religion that ends with him shilling another cologne after a run on sentence) he straight up admits to deleting all 'negative' comments. As with pretty much every straight (yes, he's straight) male beauty Youtuber he has a lot of videos and items catering to "alpha" males and has a bit of an obsession with the 'sexiest' perfumes. There's also a few obligatory sexual harassment claims.
In the past, he made a video about how he was totally quitting YouTube you guise. He then proceeded to make more videos and delete the old one. Apparently half the fragrance community hates his ass and the other half love him.
His German channel has apparently made him a bit of a meme over there. I like this one"I also jack off, but I [laughs], but I… I do it for strategic reasons. And I… I don’t cum. So, um, it’s definitely part of my daily life."
He has a tendency to repeat things and explain them strangely. I thought it might be the language barrier, but in this video it seems like he does it in German, too.
So while his main YouTue channel looks pretty average from a distance (like i said, I just found out about this guy; don't give enough of a shit right now to watch) there's a multitude of deleted videos from him.
He got into a bit of drama for overestimating how big he was. He has his own perfume company he shills (Fragrance One) and made a controversial video about how he was going to triple the price.
His TikTok has some weird videos on it. Most are just "guys check out this fragrance" but he also posts videos like, uhh.. these (If someone has a good way to put tiktok vids on here please let me know)
