>Does this look "contracted" to you?Does this look "contracted" to you? What kind of logistics company is still running 30 year old vehicles without paying out the ass for repairs and fuel inefficiency?

Has Castro Jr. ever said anything about the Uyghurs when that was the current thing?
Lol yes. Even in Afghanistan where there was a real threat of IEDs being on roadsides, and in spite of the US's absolutely ridged rules, US soldiers sometimes hitched rides on contractor vehicles.

The kinds that aren't skimming billions off of Uncle Schlomo to move building debris from point A to point B. Aside from that, your own picture btfos the argument you were making earlier about them killing poor minivans to move arty shells around. Pretty sure if they were absolutely desperate for munitions to slaughter gorillions of Ukies those trucks wouldn't be carrying soldiers. Though I guess throwing arty shells in mom vans while putting soldiers in the back of dump trucks somehow makes sense in the slavocaust.
That's certainly a real possibility too. Either way, it amazes me how seeing this shit the takeaway is "Russia is so desperate for supplies they're using civilian vehicles" and not "some occupied areas are secure enough Russia is no longer concerned with convoy security."Those are clearly LPR/DPR troops. Their use of civilian trucks (especially construction trucks since they're naturally armored against small arms fire) to move around has been well documented since 2014. They very clearly did not have the amount of trucks or logistical capability to support the massive amount of troops that they've been mobilizing for this war. Russia gives them all the handouts they can in terms of captured vehicles but depending on when this picture was taken (especially if early war) then they were using basically anything (including 4 door sedans) to move troops around in the early stages.
I have been following the war closely since it started and haven't seen a single confirmed recorded use of civilian trucks (especially like that) by the russian army, though I'm sure it happened at least a couple of times because in war time, shit gets commandeered. Even Chechnya donated 50 4x4s to the DPR a month or so ago.
