Only a few benefited from all those forever wars and kind of folks who sign up for Haliburton, most likely have the same philosophy on life as Uncle Vladdy does.

Though as far as ruling elites go, Russia is a authoritarian oligarchy and the elites in the west see that or China as the true "shining city on the hill" and wish to emulate it if it wasn't for checks and balances as Canada has shown.

This is a terrible take. The eastern territories were voting for pro-russian parties as recently as 2019. And this is with a hostile corrupt government that is not above ballot stuffing and modifying the results.

I mean if it ever came to it it wouldn't stop at DC anyway. I'm sure the airforce base near my home would get hit. Not sure what would happen to me, maybe I'd get to experience the exciting sounding "walking ghost" phase I've heard so much about before I died. Or I'd just get to think "oh that's bright" before becoming a Hiroshima shadow.

Pro-Russian voting in Lugansk and Donbass, who could have predicted that.
It's literally all claimed territory of LNR and DNR. Republics that try to secede from Ukraine or force it to federalize for 8 years.
It's not that i do believe that there is no Russia supporting Ukrainians, but as a matter of war they are nonexistent, because anywhere they may be, be it Odessa, Har'kov, Mariupol' or any other notable city within Novorossiya, there is always some kind of a goon from Aidar or Azov(or any ultranationalist Ukrainian militants) on top of the administration that will order to shoot anybody who will show any kind of pro-Russian sentiment or try to surrender.

The guy in the top video is equipped with an SR-3 Vikhr, specifically an SR-3M/MP as it does not have the overfolding stock of the original SR-3. He is also using an Elcan Specter optic in conjunction with it, whether this is a 1x/4x, 1.5x/6x or a Fixed 4x model I cannot tell. I have never seen this particular combination of optic and rifle before.

Someone needs to get the Russians their meds. Imagine thinking you're in WW3 because a shitty boat got sunk and you're not doing particularly great against a backwater money laundering state. Russian State TV is giving MemriTV a run for its money.

Also, i thought Russia said it wasn't a missle attack. It was their own fuck ups with cigarettes (edit or something like that, i wasn't following news closely) ?
So how does it suppose to be a casus belli for WW3?

The Russians just didn't want to admit the ukies sunk the ship. Russia is currently doing another large bombing campaign against far western cities like Kiev in retaliation.

I understand they don't want to admit it, but following their own logic there's no reason to be upset about it. After all nothing happened.

You can't have it both way:
1.We sunk our ship ourselves!
2. Its was Ukraine fault.
