I agree.I'm guessing epidermiditis. The pain in the testicular region and tubes is a giveaway.
of note: the antibiotics prescribed for this condition are required for more days than most other infections. There are regions of the body where it is hard for the drugs to "reach" because of blood flow or anatomical issues, and the epididymis is one such region. That isn't a big deal for a normal man, but it is when you are so huge that an adequate amount of antibiotics might damage your organs.
its most common in children to teenage years.how likely is that to happen to someone who literally never moves?
I would imagine that in addition to not moving around that his fat keeps his testicles in a stable position much more of the day than an average man's. of course I don't know for sure because I am not a morbidly obese man, for all I know it could be worse.
i mean its not impossible but it seems less likely to me. someone correct me about the testicle physics of the morbidly obese, I want to know
