They claimed, that I published dox about Mona in a thread here, which is a lie, since I only participated in a thread dedicated to dox about her, but didn't publish any dox myself (I don't have personal data about her and I don't give a monkey's cock about her personal data or her). She wants to get me by guilt by association and that I didn't spoke out against doxxing her here (to which I answered, that it'd be fucking pointless). Like I said, when the mods come back, they'll see, that I didn't publish any dox. When they uphold my permaban... Well, I had worse things happening to my in my life.

You must also remember the context that Arisbosch behaviour is typically abrasive and tends to hurl personal insults at people he doesn't like (like calling David "a Pinochet" here; seriously, wtf dude?) . Can you blame RW for not wanting to work alongside someone like that?

Now, making the (very occasional) small contribution to rectify a mistake or oversight here (like my previous post) may not increase some people's opinion of me, and I won't deny it's at least a bit "grey" in the sense that some RW editors *were* doxed here, but I won't be banned for it, as long as I stay away from any doxing (which I most certainly will). I, for one, trust David (& the other mods) in being fair and reasonable.

Those are both poor example. The first example is mocking the concern trolling of Worried (that I would link to if it wasn't purged) and the second was noticed based on information posted publicly by Garard himself. Just because he doesn't like what is being done with information he made public doesn't mean it's suddenly an example of doxing.

I argued (over email) with the mods to *not* permanently block Arisbosch for exactly this reason. The Powers That Be™ chose differently, and I decided not to pursue the matter any further. Quoting myself from that conversation:

As Arisbosch is the first to violate this policy (which hasn't really been
formulated yet), hasn't really doxed anyone (as far as I've seen), and has
been a mostly constructive member for over two years, it seems fair to me to
let him off with some temporary sanction (eg. a temporary ban) and/or a
stern not-to-misunderstood warning that a repeat *will* result in a permaban.

At any rate, simple decency should be enough to acknowledge that Arisbosch was engaging in a very grey area; rules aren't required for this.
