Could anyone with enough autism running in their veins do an analysis of whether Russ' glasses are constantly crooked at the same angle? Maybe his ears aren't perfectly level on his head so one side of the glasses droops down.

Edit: Looking through his Instagram, his glasses consistently droop down his left side (it's only in mirror selfies that they look like they're droop down the other side), but in more professional photos he can wear them correctly.

No extension, no new filing. Russ' lawyers messed up. As soon as the clerk's office opens up, in 8 hours, the clerk will issue a notice ordering the lawyers to comply, or the appeal will be dismissed.

Laaaaaaaaaaame. The court was just a day late in issuing an extension. It's a sixth one in a row. New deadline 06/06/2022. Interestingly, this was filed 11 minutes before the court opened.

Frankly it's better for Josh to just kick the can down the road as long as possible. It costs him nothing to grant extensions and as long as this lawsuit is in play Russ isn't going to file another one that costs more money to deal with. Even if the court does come down hard on Russ, there's practically nothing for Josh to collect that he might recover his costs. At that point Russ will just file a new lawsuit and we're back in the same situation as before.

As satisfying as it might be to have the court rule in Null's favor, it's not really to his benefit.
