Fuck y’all niggas, I’m going to print out countless flyers that say “CHRIS BUTTFUCKED HIS MOM” and hire a sky writer to also write that above the hospital. Then, I’m going into the place with a gun and saying to the front desk “Yo, where the duck (heh) is CWC?” After they answer, I’m going to film myself marching down to the ward or whatever they have him in, and then I am going to fuck his dead dog in front of him while screaming julay over and over.

And if you don’t think that is a good idea, then you are straight up gay and need to go outside.

Which dead dog?
Patty or Barb's abused dog?

Too late. Redditors have already gone on a call rampage, that's how they decided on Western state
It's sad we have to tell people not to commit a felony or harass workers who have really nothing to do with the whole situation. Just like the front desk person at the motel Chris was staying at. These people have literally nothing to do with this situation and are just normal people going through their daily lives. Leave them alone. I can guarantee you that people working at the hospital have 1,000 better things to do than talk to you guys about some fat autistic loser

Mental health information is generally treated with more delicacy, as whether or not a facility could reasonably infer someone would consent to the disclosure of minimally private information like the mere presence in a hospital depends on the patient's ability to consent in the first place.

One's mere presence in a mental health facility to determine competency to stand trial is an incredibly damaging piece of information about someone who may actually be as mentally incapable of consenting to disclosure as they are to participate meaningfully in their own defense.

Having had to locate people transferred from jail to hospital in the past -- for legitimate reasons for their own welfare -- there's a general method to how it's handled without disclosing personal information. They can't give you information but you can glean some insight from the non-information they give you.

"We have had no contact with this patient." does not disclose any patient information.

"I cannot give out information on a patient's status, or even if they are here. When a patient is here, but is not competent to consent to contact, I would not be able to arrange for that contact other than notifying the person that an inquiry had been made." is simply a statement of general fact about how patients are handled.

This can and does happen.

For instance, imagine Billy Bob, age 25, has a mental breakdown and then winds up setting fire to a christmas tree farm thinking they're christmas tree monsters trying to take over the world. Billy Bob is arrested and taken to jail, but is still batshit and is then transferred to a mental hospital.

Billy Bob's uncle hires an attorney to assist Billy Bob, but that attorney has not signed any contract with Billy Bob himself, so he is not yet Billy Bob's attorney. Said attorney can still contact the most likely facility and inform them that, if Billy Bob were there, that they are now hired as Billy Bob's attorney and can be contacted at X number.

The facility can then say "Sorry, we have no means of conveying your message" or something to that effect if Billy Bob is not there, or even flat out "We have no contact with that patient." Alternatively, if Billy Bob *is* there, the facility can say "Thank you for providing us with your information."

HIPAA is not a no-contact order. It only prevents information about the patient flowing outward, it does not prevent information from passing inward to the patient. Similarly, if a patient simply isn't there/does not exist, it doesn't prevent that fact from being disclosed, because the facility is not disclosing medical information about that patient, or even lacks any information to illegally release.

They can say "This person is not here." for the same reason the jail can say "This person is not here." (Jails can act as limited medical facilities, and thus are bound by HIPAA.)

I think this stems from the fact that within the next couple of months we'll have gone a whole year with almost no Chris content whatsoever. Sure there are other cows out there; Kevin has the sexual degeneracy, movie Bob has the consumerism, Ken penders has the drama over the sonic franchise (arguably even more since he actually worked on it) but none of them come close to the kind of lols opl Chris Chan gave.

People are getting desperate for something anything from him, and when that happens they don't think and do seriously fucked up (and utterly stupid) things.

HIPAA is not a no-contact order. It only prevents information about the patient flowing outward, it does not prevent information from passing inward to the patient.
This is why it is often protocol for a request for such information from a patient who might not consent is to give you no information at all, and simply take your own contact information, and then they can consent (or very often not). This is also a protocol with other places where leaking such information could be disastrous, like domestic violence shelters or drug rehabs.

Perhaps the most desperate of weens can be a new source of milk.
A lot of the CWC orbit and subculture surrounding him is just as if not more cringey than he is.

And no, im not talking about discussion of him, inasmuch actions towards him. Remember all of the weens on reddit taking pictures of the van when it was at the hotel?

technically though, sockness couldn't be blue-balled. or maybe i should say he was perpetually blue.
he's pretty open about being unable to bust a nut. like, ever.
He's probably on a high dose of antidepressants and perhaps antipsychotics. Anorgasmia is super rare in males unless they lost their balls as a kid or got gender surgery or some shit. But on SSRIs it becomes quite common. Normally I'd recommend that a guy who can't cum go off any psych meds that he's on.

But this is Sockness we're talking about. It's probably a good thing that he can't cum. Because God knows what he'd cum to.

Or maybe I'm wrong and he's the extreme case of someone who reached the end of Pornhub in an attempt to cum. When he still couldn't bust, he kept looking at weirder and weirder shit and eventually ended up becoming sexually attracted to Chris Chan.

It's worse because they're living their true crime jerkoff fantasy over fucking Chris Chan lmao.
