I dunno Lucas, I'd argue that getting tons of plastic surgery and filleting your genitalia to be a gross facsimile of a woman is a hell of a lot more "insane and out of touch with reality," than refusing to enable you. If someone dropped tens of thousands on surgery to look like an Asian, I'm sure people would mistake them as such, but being mistaken for something (especially after going to great lengths to imitate it) is not the same as actually being it. People often think my Serbian friend is Mexican-- that doesn't magically make her Latina.
