Twitch initially gave him a permanent suspension for the Discord porn, which he took well by threatening to shoot up Twitch HQ.This is accurate. Cosmo bot a suspension, not a ban, for the Discord screen share. When he wrote them asking about it, he grew frustrated because they didn't let him know how long it would be so he assumed it was permanent. He then got very angry and tweeted his mass shooting/murder threats aimed at (pun intended) Twitch HQ. Twitch got back to him and let him know it would only be 2 weeks and gave him a date that he'd be able to stream again.
Now one of the following scenarios happened: when Twitch told him it'd be 2 weeks, they were unaware of the threat. It could have been an ultra woke admin that didn't care about the threat. Or as mentioned above, they could have just seen what the backlash was over the threat and this troon was finally not worth it.
But your (There's Shit in my Totaster's) point that they unbanned him specifically for the Twitch threat is horribly inaccurate.
He appealed that ban, and it was reduced down to a month.
When he got back, I assume people working for twitch wondered why they were allowing a person who threatened their lives on the platform, and he was banned again.
