There are about 900 pages of speculation on this in Jim’s thread. It’s not that baffling that a literal cancer patient would choose not to spend his lucid waking hours thinking about Ethan Ralph. I hope Jim’s capacity to devote time to clowning on Ralph is indicative of an improvement in his health, or at least that he’s not losing lucid time to painkillers. Cancer treatments suck extra hard because you have to choose between being awake and lucid or awake and free from agony, but being both lucid and relatively pain-free is an elusive dream.

I’ve found myself thinking it will be funny if all the laughing at Ralph contributes to Jim’s recovery. It’s about the only shot Ralph has of accomplishing something with his life, even if it’s unintentional. Even funnier since he claims he wants Jim to die, but laughing at Ralph is giving him extra incentive to live.

I know someone else posted something similar a few pages back but I started thinking after Metokur's comment about Ralph surpassing other cows so I wrote a short list of Ralph sharing traits with other cows:
(just picked a few that are either directly related to Ralph or just of general interest)

• CWC: obsessed with his own creation to an unhealthy degree. Views women as objects, keeps harassing women even when they make it clear his advances are not welcome/sex pest, cannot keep himself from responding to the people laughing at him and rages incredibly hard about it, blames the people laughing at him for his problems.
• Sargon: A gigantic undeserved ego, thinks he is much smarter than he actually is, saw himself as a political leader/very important. Provides bland and uninteresting political analysis on his streams, likes to go to "massage parlors".
• Tonka: Internet tough guy that ran away when someone took him up on his offer to fight/a coward. Thought he was the reason people were tuning into his show and started fights with everyone that made his show interesting (especially Metokur) to prove he was the "star", lost his audience for it.
• Baked: (Political) Grifter that will do whatever gets him the most money, turned on his audience when he thought that would help him get more viewers. Makes an ass of himself on stream and calls it a win. Fuentes's bitch.
• Wings: Morbidly obese, lazy fuck who hates streaming but has no other way to make money. Spergs out live on stream, easily baited, low IQ.
• DSP: Bitter and hateful, only cares about the money he can get from his paypigs. Sucks at video games and lies about it. Gambling and alcohol issues. Nothing is ever his fault.
  Disclaimer: I don't follow Phil or Wings and don't know much about either beyond basic info.
• Beardson: Hates women, obsessed with being a wigger, has incredible rage because he is a tiny manlet.

He's completely eclipsed the next two (more IBS related) by far and what they did seems ridiculously small if you compare them:

• Kraut: "Ops" discord server, with gay little ops about infiltrating the enemy and feeding them false info about writing articles and debates. Tweeted once to get RAS fired from her job/internship/whatever it was and admitted he shouldn't have done it. Made a fool of himself while debating.
  Vs
• Ralph: Multiple doxing servers, doxes paypigs whenever he's annoyed by them, doxes anyone he dislikes, "leaks" doxes to /cow/, even pictures of his own kid out of spite. has tried to get people fired (Ade), deplatformed (Null), removed from the internet (KF), or completely ruin their lives (Gator). Makes a fool of himself daily.
• Jarbo: Flagged about 10-15 videos total making fun of him (only managed to get a few removed), had a breakdown on stream, probably had a Google alert for his name, acted like a fag.
  Vs
• Ralph: Has flagged well over a hundred videos, live streams, actual fair use content, brags about getting people deplatformed and flagged. Will not stop flagging. Definitely has Google alerts set up for his name obsesses about every single word written or said about him, acts like a complete and total fag daily.

Then there's the addiction issues/alcoholism, grooming/going for teenagers on more than one occasion, having two kids only because he wanted to spite other people, being a compulsive liar, big gambling problem, outright denying reality even when there's video evidence to prove otherwise, being a hypocrite about every single thing he's ever said, his womanly behavior, his obsession with remembering every single comment or slight even when it's only in his head, etc. etc. etc.

These could probably be mapped out to many other cows but for me this is what makes Ralph interesting (plus the fact that he's been doing stupid shit almost daily for the last couple of months). he is like a fucking Voltron cow, made up of smaller parts from other cows or at least the qualities that most cows (that are interesting) share.
