Funny side note is of course that over the last decade or so activists have started lumping asians americans under AAPI (asian american & pacific islander) so that they can have browner faces in their materials as well as a way to manufacture an "indigenous" angle like the "BIPOC" did a for black people.
Also...is it just me or has Jimmy Dore gotten a lot more tolerable since leaving TYT?

As much as everyone likes to see these leftists screech, but every year 600k black babies are born in the United States 72% of them with out a stable family/father.

60% of the 72 are incarcerated for life, 20% are dead (gang violence or overdose), 10% gtfo of that life and make something better for themselves, the other 10% becomes troons. The majority of those shitted out statistics are a net positive.

I don't think the court can actually do that. At least, not permanently. If Congress legislates either a blanket ban or a blanket legalization and it gets challenged and reaches the SCOTUS, the court can rule for or against it on a constitutional basis, but even then the court itself can be overridden by a constitutional amendment. Okay, granted, that requires a supermajority of states to both agree on something they'll never agree on and stop being cunts just long enough to organize themselves into a convention and ratify an amendment, but on paper it's possible.
Interesting. I wonder if the justices will receive the same level of protection and swift action against this kind of not-even-thinly-veiled threat as Congress did on January 6, or that mayor Lightfoot got in Chicago last time protesters strayed off-target and surrounded her house.
I know the hour is late for a voice of reason, but they seriously, really don't want to go down this road. Escalating like this can only end in two ways -- a brutal crackdown by the government against everyone even remotely involved in the march, including the leakers, organizers and even media that reported on it so far, or the idiots in charge will (foolishly) allow this to go unchecked, leading to an actual de-legitimization of the SCOTUS' authority because they believe it will temporarily be convenient for them because for the moment, it's conservative and they are not.
Either option sucks. We either take another step towards actual totalitarianism, or we move forward with a neutered judicial branch that is no longer an effective check against malfeasance by the other two branches of government. That'll sure be "fun."

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the draft makes it clear that the issue is relegated to the states which they can do if they find the area of law to be outside the purview of the constitution. In theory congress could try to ban abortion nationally in defiance of the court's ruling, but I don't think that's a great place to spend political capital.
The one thing congress can't really do is "legalize it" because you write laws to say what is not legal, not what is legal. The best shot they'd have is to write a law that prohibits invasion of medical privacy in general to head off equal protection issues, but that's likely to run head long into existing case law on literally every legal aspect besides abortion almost immediately, and with Roe and Casey looking to be on the wrong end of a parabolic trajectory to a trashcan, abortion likely won't have usable case law much longer.

If it makes you feel better, most blacks live in states controlled by Democrats who would like to allow abortions until 3 weeks after birth.

The thing is I don't think they do. If they really believed that a single fertilized ovum was equivalent to a child and that millions were being murdered by birth control, they'd be bombing CVSes. Saying a single cell is the moral equivalent of an adult human is lunacy on such a level I honestly can't even understand it.
But more importantly, even people actually fully opposed to things like birth control (which prevents an already fertilized ovum from implanting into the placenta) don't treat it as if it's actual murder.
Once you have something that could be born and survive just fine, it's hard to say at that point you have something that is either fully a human life or so close to it as to be deserving of moral consideration.
Even at that point, though, there are things like a placental abruption. Basically the placenta fails massively and it's an immediate medical emergency. Usually they can save both the mother and infant. Sometimes, though, the only choice is to pick one, and that's going to be the mother. Under the laws currently being proposed, whoever saved her life would be subject to criminal prosecution so they'd have to just sit and watch her die while doing nothing of use.
It used to be the majority opinion, of the public and even the Supreme Court, that this was okay, and Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr., one of the most well regarded of jurists to this day, specifically. As he famously stated in Buck v. Bell, upholding the sterilization of a retard (although today there is actually some question as to the veracity of the actual diagnosis): "Three generations of imbeciles are enough."
You can really blame Hitler for giving the whole thing a bad name. Too bad because there are definitely people who shouldn't be fucking reproducing. I guess I'll just have to cope, because I suppose having these goddamn retards around is better than having the kind of tyrannical government you'd need to do anything about them.
