Anyone actually suffering from the health effects from being born with this issue should be reasonably offended by the forced inclusion of the term as an 'identity' and some sort of evidence that there are more sexes, despite the biological aberration of this disease 99% of the time making your genitals nonfunctional if you even end up with two. And most people suffering from the results of intersex issues don't have any of that, at most it causes hormone issues that could be related to a cause of transexuals existing, but it's not anywhere near definitive proof.

And even if it does make it possible to actually give someone a different sex than they were born with, it should be reserved for absolutely sure cases and shouldn't be handed out like candy. Dysphoria extends further than rejecting the sex of your body. It rejects how the mind forms when you grow up. It rejects the reality of what science can give you.
