She streams before I even heard of vtubing but after a four year hiatus, Zettai Tenshi Kurumi is back and now streaming.
Currently she's chatting and smoking.
Edit: To add on why there are 3k watchers on her return, here's a link explaining who she is and the circumstances of her hiatus (it's messed up). Her voice is very strong, sang Giragira and Phony.

She is, judging by the other cosplay pics on her twitter. However, her other Gura cosplay pics are also made to look very child like (I won't link them, find them yourself if you want to experience nausea that badly).

EDIT: How about a bit of soul cleansing cuteness from the Alpha-Hag? (It's an animation of Korone's puppy form. I see the animator disabled embedding his video.)

Rio caught the Duolingo bug recently. He has a good pace, a bit slower than HoloX, and generally has better listening than Uyu or Koyori's current levels. If he wanted to collab with the IDs or ENs I'd watch it.

I don't speak Japanese. In Lui's case, she does English zatsudans and also keeps in touch with the HoloENs and IDs. For the rest of her content and for JPs in general, I think it depends. I don't need to understand what they're singing to enjoy karaokes or concerts. For other content, if it's a game or another subject that I'm familiar with, I like following and watching their reactions. In that case clips are nice but not necessary.

Her stream choices are surprisingly well-rounded so far lol. Spends a lot of time on stickers though.

I don't ever know her name. Her window of activity is just a month in early 2018, but holy shit that voice. It's simply powerful, remind me of Ado. If she's coming back to the game, I hope she get serious and update her model. I can see her become big with that raw and unique appeal of her.

There's some kind of bad fucking juju in that image. It's unsettling to look at, and I don't know if it's some kind of reverse Uncanny Valley effect, or if it's the perspective making her look like some kind of malformed homunculus. It's like looking at the heart of darkness.

NijiEN x Touhou: Lost World sponsorship announced w/ Pomu. Apparently she'll have an announcement to make during the stream.

I love Touhou but don't love Gacha, so I don't know what this game is like in regards to collabs or outside forces being part of the game. Would be cool to see Pomu as a playable character or something.
