True but imo it's better than kids growing up in the system or living with smacked out parents and having to live with any abnormalities from the mother taking drugs during pregnancy. I may be biased because ive seen a relative neglecting, abusing and eventually losing custody of her children.

Eta- Idk enough about the organisation or the woman's motives to determine whether its a "good" charity but in general I think the concept could be good if it's ran properly and ethically. Maybe if they worked alongside with a rehabilitation organisation or something would be useful. But I'd definitely slide kim a couple of hundred to never spawn another deformed child again.

I'm not trying to start a fight, but I seriously question the motives of someone who offers poor people money to sterilize themselves. That's horrific.

Rate me autistic, but it's pretty terrible to take advantage of people in tough situations where they may not be thinking right (drug-addled minds obviously think way differently than sober minds) and permanently sterilize them. Pay for a copper IUD or something, they last about ten years, cost about as much as sterilization does (maybe less) and offers the opportunity for them to be taken out when/if they've got their shit together enough to afford to do it.

First, I honestly didn't think we'd ever seen Clarnce with his eyes open, unless I'm confusing my NOTW.

Two of my favorite things: market incentives and trash not breeding. I would be interested in seeing the data they've gathered, and to maybe see a study of how it would impact the country, or even a state or county, on a wider scale. Even just IUDs (and whatever that reversible procedure for men is that is being worked on), rather than something completely permanent, would likely have a decent impact.
