Based on that description is it possible Chris has finally realized how much of a bad mother Barb was, how screwed up their relationship was, is trying to throw her under the bus to get out of jail, and has finally decided to cut ties with her? Or was Chris so stupid and used to having a dysfunctional relationship with his mother that he had no problem spilling her dirty laundry for the whole internet to read?

[note: i doubt he'll ever be free cuz he'll continually flip out before things conclude, but if he somehow stops bootlooping...]

i understand that parole and other mechanics of releasing him require the books say he's going somewhere specific, so he won't be dumped at the bus stop.

Parole is release *during* a prison sentence. It basically lets you serve your remaining sentence in the outside world. You can't get parole unless you're sentenced to prison for a range of time (e.g. "5 to 10 years", meaning you're eligible for parole at 5 years) and served a big chunk of his sentence to be eligible for it. It's also one of the most restrictive ways to live your life and some people actually don't try for parole because they'd rather serve their sentence in full (minus good behavior credits) than live under the restrictions that parole forces you to go through. Parole is usually only a win if you're in for life or at least an extremely long sentence.

This is moot anyway since Virginia abolished parole in most situations that aren't extremely long sentences (life, or something close to it). Early release comes solely from good behavior credits, but it's a real release without having to live under onerous restrictions, and thus he would not have to report his location, (unless he is a registered sex offender).

they don't need to hold him til everything is in effect though. his tugboat will take a few months and section8 won't even put him on the 4 year waiting list til he has that settled.

he will be in a regular-ass homeless shelter of some kind for awhile and it probably won't be anything tailored to his 'needs'. he'll quickly be kicked out for being himself. nobody will be making him take meds, or STFU about magi-chan at 3am. he might get arrested again for shenanigans in the shelter.

The law specifically requires they make a plan tailored to his needs. Now, that might wind up being a homeless shelter after all, but they have to have a plan to ensure that he gets ongoing care.

in fact i'd love nothing more right now than to hear somebody ask him,
"chris, can you tell me what a royalty check is?"

It's the check he gets for being a descendant of the royal Weston family.

Well, fuck. He's still Jesus. That means there's all sorts of possibilities for July.

Bullshit that it's "top secret" though. Chris can't keep secrets. If he doesn't want to tell anyone it's because it's something he really REALLY doesn't want other people to know, like when he lied about going to Redmond.

EDIT: Ignore what I wrote below. I'm a retard and misread what you typed. I assumed you'd read it and it specifically included info about Chris realizing Barb was a bad mother.
I think this might be more an indication that Barb has turned on Chris in some way. Like how he decided that Null was Judas. Maybe under her relatives' influence, and maybe it's something small like he can't go back to 14BC, or something big like he's going to get hit with rape charges.

Either way he's pretty much reduced the chances of going back to 14bc even further... Unless this is Heilberg's plan?

Gonna assume it's how Heilberg tried to explain HIPAA to him. I won't be surprised if Chris starts babbling the moment he thinks he's off the hook.
(also this seems big enough to be be split off into its own thread)

I mean, he's free to tell everyone if he wants to. HIPAA doesn't prevent him from releasing information about himself.

A lot of societies managed this via enforced monogamy, and no serial monogamy allowed (except when someone died). People still cheated, but there were social (and rarely, legal) consequences for it. More importantly, men couldn't just cycle through women who all hoped they'd get their crack at keeping that particular guy.

In peacetime there were still unmarried men, but they were usually only the most retarded or the most horrible people in general. Someone like Chris would probably get an arranged marriage with a somewhat ugly girl, or a 30+ year old spinster.

Basically as an average woman, you didn't have a chance trying to court/marry some high class guy. You had to settle for an average guy. You could try to be the side piece of the high class guy, but if discovered, the shame would hurt your prospects for a good long-term partner.

The incel revolution is a meme and a joke in the west, but there's a bit of truth behind it too. China is facing these issues now for a variety of reasons (mostly female abortions/infanticide), where the government is genuinely worried about their huge excess of unmarried men formenting discontent.
I'd feel sorry for the woman forced to marry the chris-chan alike. She'd probably run off into the sunset whatever laws be damned because who'd want to be tied to that bloke?

Good for skills and resources to assist in the survival of the progeny resulting from that jizz. The jizz itself is not that valuable to society. Men are not valuable as individuals because one man can create much jizz. The jizz then is the basis of the social contract, where a man supplies value to society in exchange for the society accepting his jizz.
It was his logic I was pointing out

Raising a kid takes two to tango. It's not just the initial concieving that a kid needs. How long until you give it solids? How often do you feed it? How do you keep it warm? How do you put it to bed correctly without it dying from sids? How do you change the diapers? How do you arrange for an education? What if the mother gets into a car accident, breaks both her legs and a good chunk of these things is what hubby has to start doing? What if hubby is incapacitated and the missus has to do his part of the work? And this is just for the first few years of a child's life .

But neither chris or any of the incels who want to spend all day barking about "femoids" know any of this shit.

For Chris, one of his greatest (many) flaws is attention and attention seeking, but it has to be positive. Unfortunately still, Chris does not understand how his actions are viewed as a negative. All his life, prior to the incest, Chris defended himself by saying "Those were misunderstandings/mislabelings" (stalking women by loitering, running over people with cars, aggravated assault), because he was autistic, people should learn to accept him for who is he. I understand "It's okay to be different", but in Chris' case, how can he be accepted, when he shows behavior that indicates otherwise? Plus add his ego, and that gives him 'justification' not to be hated on. Chris is 'self-reflective' at face level: he'll point out his problem, but won't act on how to fix it. Another reason why he's hated on. Autistic or not, if one has the agency to point this out and doesn't do anything about it, they are a hypocrite, which is Chris.
I think he's a narc. Im not sure though I am not a shrink. But I think narcs try to control how they are perceived, they have issues with that.

Yes, but Chris probably doesn't know that. His lawyer explained it to him I'm sure, but Chris probably only understood maybe half of what he said. Look at the other times Chris has tried to repeat back what others have told him, like when he got in trouble at his church for wearing his pony horn and his stated understanding of why. Chris probably thinks HIPAA applies to him and he'll get in trouble if he tells anyone where he was.
