There’s nothing in that comment that indicates the kid was trooning out. Given the time period, it was probably given to him for early puberty. Lupron used to be given out like candy to treat both precocious puberty and endometriosis.

Then the complaints and health issues started piling up, the manufacturers lost most of their customer base, and after that all of a sudden “puberty blockers for trans kids” became an urgent societal issue that we must all support if we don’t want to be labelled Nazis.

I had a nose job. The surgeon made it very clear that he would do nothing weird on people. That would be HIS NAME on the results. Can confirm about tattoo artists. I went with a friend of mine to give moral support because it was her first tattoo and (probably because she looked nervous) the artist spent about five minutes trying to convince her to go home and think about it for a couple of weeks, no questions asked. Even though it had been planned out for months and it would have cost him the time she booked for.

Crazy how a dude with neck tattoos and pieces of metal stuck through various parts of his face is the voice of caution and moderation in our society, while “respectable” doctors with a decade of training don’t give a shit.
