The gunt has become quite the muse to many of the more artistically inclined autists at the farms. He strikes the perfect balance of sheer buffoonery, grotesque physical comedy, and straight up being the most obnoxious and hateful sack of shit east of the Mississippi, and these factors combined make it easy even for the most novice shitposter to MSpaint together something worthwhile for the thread to enjoy

Looking back to his beatings like the elbow at the Gunterball and yesterday's Portuguese Invitational, it almost looks as if he doesn't really feel anything from the hits, even if his head bobs back and forth. He must be permanently numbed from all the alcohol and pills he takes.

Maybe that's partly why he keeps talking shit. Besides his addled excuse for a brain not registering any logical thought, the lack of pain when he gets hit must embolden him somehow, and trick himself into thinking that he didn't really get the shit kicked out of him.

His neck is so fat that he is impervious to being knocked out. Usually someone gets hit hard and their head whips around, bouncing their brain against the inside of their skull and knocking them out or rocking them. Ralph is so fat and his neck so blubbery that his head can't spin. The downside is that he can't fight back. Traded unknockoutability/ability to soak up damage for being fucking useless in a fight.

I also subscribe to a theory that someone already mentioned in this thread, that Ethan literally doesn't know what to do in a fight and freezes up, it's not that the punches haven't affected him at all it's just that he takes them over and over and does nothing.

Adrenaline is also a factor, once your blood is pumping you don't really feel pain until much later when you are safe that's why street fights are so deadly.
