There is no such thing as "pressuring charges". Its in the complete discretion of the local prosecutors, not complaining victims. Second, how does an american lawyer contribute to this process in anyway? Third, he's a felon with a conviction for a sex crime involved in a radical movement that would be illegal in the EU. I would love to have that on the stand. Good fucking luck.

There's a movie I saw over in Iraq around 2005/2006 called "Run Ronnie Run." The premise of the movie was a guy got drunk and dumb and featured on COPS so many times; a tv producer thought up a show idea of getting this guy drunk and following him aroubs with a camera to record the antics.

I'm not saying it's already been done. I'm asking if life imitates art or if art imitates life,
That was from the Mr. Show with Bob and David guys, Bob Odenkirk (Saul Goodman in Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad) and David Cross, Dr. Tobias Funke in Arrested Development.
i dont know about portugal but in some places in europe the state will provide attorneys free of charge to people who cant afford one with their own income level
if portugal does the same i dont know, and i dont know if and how this applies to foreigners either. also if it's criminal charges then ralph himself wouldnt even need an attorney because it would just be the state prosecuting the case against cog and his friend
Or all of them, or just Ralph. Or none of them. I'm not sure how seriously they take drunken tourist shenanigans but I'd be surprised if a pure fistfight between a couple drunken morons results in much.

The one thing that might change it is the existence of a video makes it a lot easier to prove what actually happened. Cops are generally reluctant to do much about a plain old fight unless there are serious injuries or they personally witness the event.

All right, I just have to ask, where does "felted" come from? I never heard it except with specific reference to Ralph's many humiliations.
I think its a Kino Casino term that refers to the felt on top of a card game table when you lost all your money on blackjack and just stare at the green felt on the table.

I am slightly drunk

It's a general gambler's term for just that. I've usually seen it for the situation where you go all-in and lose your stack on a single hand of poker.

where does "felted" come from?
when you're at the casino and you lose everything, you look at where your stack of chips used to be and only see the felt of the table. that's when you are felted.
i think the term originated as a ralph meme during the time a couple months ago when he was repeatedly going to las vegas in order to eat steak and gamble away his money.

To sum up the TL:

1. Last night, Ralph says he'll go to the police "first thing in the morning".
2. At 2pm, he posts that he hasn't gone yet but he'll go "soon".
3. Now he's saying that he couldn't get there in time for them to see him before they closed at 6pm.
4. He'll go to the 24 hour station "after he eats".

What a lazy fuck. I'd bet he was drinking by himself in his room the whole day.
He's afraid of getting his shit kicked in again.

His streams might be illegal in the EU.

I'm pretty sure Cog and his buddy were briefly detained by the police before they determined the incident was a non-issue and let them go, so I don't think criminal charges are likely.

If Ethan Ralph ends up using a state-provided attorney to pursue a civil case against Cog, it'll be hilarious to watch him try and rationalize how he somehow makes $1000 per stream but can't afford a lawyer.

There is no law against walking ten feet behind someone and laughing at their waddle.

There is a law against storming up to someone, calling them a bitch, and swatting their phone out of their hand. There's literally no way you can spin this to make Ralph not the first aggressor. I know you like to be a contrarian but there's not enough rubber in the world to make the stretch that Ralph is an innocent angel here.
This is my biggest issue.
This fight is the first time in a long time I've actually felt sorry for Ralph.
I'm too empathetic I think. I just can't help but to imagine how he felt in that moment laying there on the ground and idk. I just feel a little sad for him.

But then I remember that he had every chance to just walk away. Instead he instigated the fight. And if he had the opportunity he would've put someone else on the ground just like that.

I still empathize a bit too much (even when I shouldn't), but when you play stupid games you win stupid prizes...

Well if he thinks the cops are going to be energetic about prosecuting some shit he doesn't even care enough to report, free clue, they probably won't.

Apparently nick fuentes and co have settled on the new symbol for the America First movement in the wake of this martyrdom.

Well, pizzas are getting more and more expensive.

All this confirms is what we already knew, Ralph grew up as the fat fuck in high school and was probably routinely beaten by Negroes.
I disagree. To me this proves he's never been in a fight at all. If you run up on nogs taking shit they'll jump you. If he acted like this in West Memphis he would have at least learned to cover his face and head to protect himself.

I think Sandra's special little boy was a sheltered bitch who now uses the ghetto he grew up in as cover for being as fat nerd who got made fun of, but never had a real fight. He acts exactly like suburban wiggers talking shit to other white kids who they know won't physically retaliate.

I don't think it really matters if it was illegal or not. My understanding is fist fights break out at bars and soccer games all the time in Europe and no one really gives a shit.
If they care it won't be about the fight but about the idea that foreigners are showing up to do the equivalent of Bum Fights in their country.
