Ethan will bury himself because he has a history of violence that will come up at trial if it even makes it that far. All anyone has to do is notify the court he has charges for violence and he’s on a suspended sentence.

Cog and Dan are British and they are physically in the UK right now not in Portugal right now.
This happened in Portugal.
Ralph's US charges and suspended sentences don't mean anything in Portugal. Just like charges in Portugal won't mean anything in the UK.
There will be no trial. Its completely over.

The only way anything could possibly happen is if Cog/Dan happen to step foot back in Portugal and Ralph then shows up at the same time to testify against them if he could actually get the cops to give a shit about the whole thing.

Now that Ralph is a felon with multiple restraining orders he doesn't have any of the advantages of being an American (gun ownership, free speech, ability to vote), and any future legal action he's involved in will be marred by this fact. If he could find a way to legally move to another country that won't jail him for the content of his show he can kill 2 birds with one stone - he can shit talk vickers, adrienne blair, etc all he wants, and he can avoid having to pay for his children.

Felons can't vote, run for office, own a firearm, and under certain circumstances, their past can be used against them in court or at trial/sentencing (this is heavily dependent on the crime they're being charged with and if it's applicable to what they did before. Most Judges won't allow that though since it causes prejudice against him).

But he still has free speech. The 1st amendment can't be taken away unless Martial Law is declared. When you're a felon and on probation, you also lose your 4th amendment rights, but they're restored after probation ends. Ralph can petition to have his 2nd amendment right restored to him, but I don't know the specifics behind that. But it's a common request. I doubt that it gets approved for him though due to his constant legal problems.

I am not the least bit shocked about him not only him being mugged there but the police not bothering to arrest the other two who's beating the shit out of ralph. Sorry if this has already been talked about but over a hundred pages has been made since Beatdown 2: Electric Boogaloo was released and I doubt I'm gonna find it amidst the all the posts of sooey. At around 1:40 of this video a woman enters and then tries to break up the fight between boss hog and Dan. Do we have any idea who she is? She doesn't seem to be involved with anyone as I don't see her in any of the build up to the three fights. Is she just some good hearted Portuguese woman who thought they were beating up a retarded man? She does keep saying at the end "Come one let's go" and it seems to be directed at Ethan. Cog even replies back when she firsts says it at 1:55 "Yeah listen to-" and gets cut off by Dan and her talking over each other, kinda implying that she's with Ethan though, again, I don't see her in anything after the second beatdown.

I agree with everything except the 2V1 bit. When I saw the video, it was only Dan and Ralph fighting, Cog just filmed the whole time. It was a 1v1, albeit a 1v1 where Ralph was totally out classed.
