1. Allow all the stickers, except for Political Sperging. Threadban or permaban sticker sluts who noticeably complain or report about stickers. The negative stickers can be a trap to draw out the emotionally immature and expose them. So make sure to give them out often, even to users you agree with.

2. Further crackdown on glowposting. There are posts that aren't close to being true threats, but they are along the lines of "I'm so angry, I sure wish I could do something about this". It can include a Roblox reference but not always. These might be slipping through the cracks. I think you can find examples on recent kid/drag articles. Treat it like trolling plans.

3. Limit posting in A&N and some of the jokier forums like Q&A to accounts that are older than, for example, 2 weeks and 20 posts. The length of the time limit doesn't matter that much, but the post count limit forces the users or socks to engage in other areas of the site where they are more likely to get banned for breaking the rules. If you can't act a little normal and on-topic for a brief amount of time, you don't even make it to A&N. Happenings can be exempt because you need the manpower to archive information quickly.

The real problem is finding suckers to janny for free.

I think it is, mostly.
There are threads about absurd and retarded news where everyone joins in.
There are threads for people that love biden, there are threads for people that hate biden. Same for trump.
Problem mostly arise when people that really just want to stir up shit go into the wrong thread and stir up shit and the people in that thread are too thin skinned or incapable to detect obvious troll.

There's a lot of hand-wringing over the "far right retards" that "refuse to integrate" into the site, but that seems like a bullshit excuse to exorcise wrong think.

Here's my takes:
- "Cleaning up" A&N will never be in the overall site's benefit other than egos. There are no advertisers for KF that are being held back by that.
- If you want to bitch about people who have their home boards and don't deviate, there's always others like Beauty Parlor.
- If there are problem users that especially make things worse, target them specifically.
- Trying to introduce "more left-wing" positions into A&N is a disaster, this is akin to "more diverse voices" or whatever the latest trend is. Over time this WILL became a left-wing hugbox.

I didn't sign up to post on a neo-nazi site. I signed up to post on a site where free speech was valued over pearl-clutching, and that meant tolerating a small number of tards. But if we continue where we are going, the site will fundamentally change from what both Null and the majority of the userbase want it to be. If we let this fester, word will get out that KF is /pol/ with even less moderation, more tards will join, and the journos and others already trying to shut the site down on the grounds that it's a "neo-nazi hate site" will have actual evidence pointing to it.

Null has the right to steer the site in the direction he wants. Being laissez-faire about moderation and site rules/mechanics is what got us here. It's not working, that's what his OP in this thread is about.

It's time to do something.

There is of course granularity amongst right wing users. But I can see how - if you're a left wing untermensch - it can get irksome to essentially be surounded by various flavours of 'fuck you, scum.' When you post. A&H even has an inversion of the MSM thing; where instead of right wingers prefacing every statement with 'not racist but...'. The left wingers say stuff like 'Even as a liberal I...' or 'I'm left leaning however...' which comes off as apologising for even being there. Which is shit.

I think the crux is productive debate and discussion. I think replying to someone with "you're wrong faggot" just spurs people to resort to that themselves when it's them responding to something. Ripping into someone and tearing them a new one with provable points will generally make them take a moment and reconsider.
If someone continues to screech and rage about other posters and generally act more like a monkey with too much fascination for his own shit, they can either get put out for a moment to calm down, or if it's particularly bad, taking them into a debate X about Y thread for public mockery.

A lot of people you'll find will actually change their stance if they get proven to be totally wrong, if not, they tend to be the exact kind of spastic that'll constantly reply in their personal debate thread, providing everyone someone to kick around for a laugh.

People need to realize they don't have to immediately respond to something, this isn't some gay instant messaging service or a live televised debate. You can take your time to think over something and not promptly hammer at the keyboard for the most relevant insult in that moment.
