I think Jim is still laughing a little bit given the way he ended the tweet but I think it's mostly from the ridiculousness of the situation. The way I saw it Metokur is laying the groundwork for a restraining order/claiming self-defense if something happens.
Ralph has been, non-stop, for the last 4 months talking about him and his wife and threatening them with "showing up", writing articles about them, tweeting, claiming he wants them to die, that he is going to have sex with her to teach her a lesson and other insane shit, coupled that with the multiple death threats he's uttered recently (even if not specific to Metokur they show what state of mind he is in), I think it would be pretty easy for Metokur/Jade to get a restraining order or shoot him free of consequences if he shows up. Remember that with Ade it was just the "I'm going up there to shoot" tweet that got him, he's said much worse things about Metokur.

As for the whole PI thing, I have no idea about PIs but I've seen a few people claiming that any serious one would not take a job like this, but let's see who Ralph can find, if like someone else said, he tries to get a groyper to stalk Metokur/show up to Jade's work, that would be him hiring someone to harass them. Either way it looks like no matter what the pig does, he loses and risks jail/his suspended sentence.

Ralph is too much of a coward to show up or do anything, like with Gator, Rand, and everyone else he threatens, he'll just scream like a retard in front of a camera and do nothing about it because he is a coward and he has no real power, that's why he fantasizes about getting pictures of Metokur because that would the only way he could "hurt" him since he is already doxed and cannot use that anymore. Outside of doxing Ralph has nothing other than screaming like an idiot on his show.

A PI office is only going to take your case if theres a legitemate legal reason for the investigation. Like suspected fraud, infidelity, etc. They won't stalk some asian bitch cause you're having a beef with some cancer patient on twitter. However, more than anything, he cant afford a PI. Their hourly rate is similar to a lawyers but with many more billeable hours.

My guess is that these threats towards Jade are just a bluff to get Jim to stop talking about him. If Jades fears get Jim to stop laughing at Ralph then this is probably where Ralph will stop. If Jim continues to laugh at him then Ralph will seek to escelate, though its not gonna be through a PI.
