"Some people are like NPC's in video games, they're not real" is a delusion that I could totally see Chris encountering in a fellow patient and given how he thinks in terms of video games already I can see him internalizing it.

If null was called to testify (lol), would the court have to reimburse him for travel and lodging? It's not exactly cheap to fly from Serbia to the US and he'd need a place to stay for the duration of the case. Maybe he could crash on Ethan Ralph's couch?

Just the process for even trying to serve him is arcane and I wouldn't even guess as to it. The subpoena might have to be at a federal level. Unless Null were cooperative for some reason, it would be difficult to compel his compliance.

I wouldn’t be so sure, remember Chris has and probably always will be a coward, he has tantrums and talks a big game but the single moment he senses confrontation against anyone he feels could out power him he crawls up into a ball and always backs down from a fight. Being in prison will definitely shake him up at least a little bit . He’s probably going to be more respectful and careful of police when he finally gets out for sure.

Hey it's not like the hospital had any choice. The can't just put a bag over his head and keep him in the dark about where he is or who they are...though they really should. At the very least take your name tags and/or badges off around him so he wont know your first names and don't tell him your names period.

Innocent people just doing their jobs and have to deal with him becuase he wont stop acting like a tard and he STILL has to flaunt his ego and put HIS pain above all others. Mind you there's not much he CAN do to these people. HE wishes he could curse them with misfortune the way he did the jerkop in the comics all those years ago but the worst they have to deal with as has been said before..is the weenery thanks to Chris blurting their names out without a care for how damaging it is.

so let's say that this is true, the part about Barb's testimony being useless due to her age. wouldn't this automatically upgrade the charges from incest to rape? it seems that if someone is considered incapable of testifying, that would reasonably extend to not being able to give consent

It's either they will upgrade the charges because barb was deemed unfit mentally to consent or they simply intend on disregarding her testimony. For what reasons they'd do the later I have no idea, maybe Barb was talking just as incoherently and nonsensically as her son. Either way for Chris's sake they better have only thrown her testimony out and that's it. Otherwise it's five years to life in medium security at best. Unless they really feel vindicitive and find some reason to send him to maximum. Possibly by labeling him as a violent rapist.

Chris loves the attention. He may not know it, but he causes more problems where ever he goes. Now Western State and Nurse Hoover are going to get calls from weens yelling "JULAY!" and "what did Chris smell like?"

Helena has an OC or alter ego named Pickchu. I don't know all the details but I think Pickchu has a crush on Chris or Chris's own OC's. She has made photoshopped images of herself on a date with Magi-chan, who Chris believes himself to be married to.

Helena is Argentinian, so it is likely her native language is Spanish. I checked Bulbapedia, an exhaustive resource for any pokemon-related knowledge. The names for Pikachu, as well as the related Pichu and Raichu, are the same in English, Spanish, and Japanese. So I think Helena came up with Pickchu on her own.
