Or... Jack could just learn to actually appreciate cooking and not eat out every single goddamn day. It's not like restaurants double or triple the price to make money to cover employee wages, utilites, and supplies or something like that. It's also not like there are differing qualities that guide clientele and appeal to certain audiences or something. If I want a burger, sure a chain place is great. If I want something more luxurious, I'd go to the nice restaurant and eat the costs since they have better trained staff and better ingredients usually.
