The line about peeing being "rough" for her now made me cringe. It’s going to be easy for her to get into a cycle where she associates peeing with pain/difficulty, so puts it off and drinks less, so gets a UTI (which she is now prone to anyway because of her skin “urethra” full of little pouches for bacteria to sit in) which makes peeing hurt more, which reinforces not wanting to pee, which means more UTIs….

This is an underappreciated factor in SRS in both genders: many of them have very little sexual experience and even if they do the physical experience is massively dwarfed by the amount of time they have spent looking at genitals of the opposite sex via porn. SRS is ultimately an attempt to visually imitate the genitals of the opposite sex: the functionality and the feel of genitals (which are important in an in-person sexual relationship) are afterthoughts. It’s the kind of thing that could only emerge from a culture of young people who experience sex mostly on a screen.

It actually looked better right after surgery and coated in dried clots. Wow.

Someone sent me a shock video back in like 2014 (okay not really a shock video but like a tumblr post or porn site or something I can't remember which.) of a FTM with two of the surgeries done, it had the clit one and the flesh tube one both and was jerking them both off and I'm still so confused as to why anyone would do that to themselves but I guess an actual two for one with your genitals is a thing.

1. It wasn't both surgeries. Apparently ftms can do a surgery where they leave the clit "unburied" from the arm leg flesh tube penis bologna and have separate functionality above their scary designer balls. and that's what I saw.
