This website has been a great source of joy and entertainment with the variety of different people discussed in the Lolcow board and other subforums. Not only that but we have a pretty fascinating community where we can all together and laugh at the many clowns and laughingstocks that have left a major footprint on the Internet. There have been some pretty amazing moments on this website all around, but what about the very worst that this fine website has to offer? I can already think of many moments that have just not been the best of times for this place to put it lightly.
For example, it was quite shocking to learn that a user here by the name of Heretics on Holiday was responsible for the attempted mass shootings at Halifax last year. While it did make for a great halal thread, I believe that moment itself could also been seen as one of the site's darker moments to know that there have been people who have made accounts here that mentally disturbed. How about what happened during the Bloodletting drama or how much infighting had been brewing in those call out threads in Supporters? Or all the confusion that had gone on in the Charles Gellman thread about whether the guy was really Charlay or not and some of the shitposting that went on in there?
There's loads of more shit I can think of and I wanted to talk about some of the less obvious stuff outside of the whole Entersphere drama. In terms of really cringeworthy moments, a lot of those could be found in the Leonard Shaner thread that used to be active here with @Kirby taking over that thread and taking it in the most ridiculous and unfunny of directions and just making himself look like a complete asshole because of that or the retard who tried to taint a lot of the content that came out of Stryker Wolf.
I highly believe that we need to be able to laugh at ourselves in order to pinpoint weaknesses that could be improved on and so that it's less likely that some of this shit will happen again. Also I made this thread because like what @hood LOLCOW was saying, the "joke" Kiwi farms thread here in CW is a pile of shit with the wasted potential it had and the terrible OP.
Of course we cannot forget about this cringeworthy gem:

Covering for PTSD was the most recent conclusion.
Back when the forum was connected to Sociopath World, whose blog owner managed to eventually publish her own book and even star on an episode of Dr. Phil ("I Abducted a Baby"/Confessions of a Sociopath), the place was pretty much using that connection as bait. Those that went to the forum were mocked for trying to be as edgy as expected. While many were originally drawn to the place from the same bait, they ended up staying for other reasons.
Once we were disconnected from the blog however the dynamic became a lot more experimental.
