Which is kind of ironic because those same people probably watched "anime" growing up too - pokemon, yugioh, dragonball, naruto, ronin warriors, samurai pizza cats, etc etc. They just never realized it. I think most have figured it out though and gotten over the stigma, which is why anime and manga is pretty close to mainstream now with the newer generations.

People just need ignore the bad/problematic shit like everyone else does with live action dramas and movies. All forms of media have them. Anime is no different. If anything Anime has the advantage of being able to do anything because it's animated, hence why it comes in every genre and sub-genre. People need to watch more shit like FullMetal Alchemist. Read more Manga like Sousou no Freiren and learn about the ephemeral and meaningless nature of time from the perspective of an Immortal.

There is no wisdom involved. It's very dumb for numerous pretty obvious reasons that could hurt her cat or the bush baby. Keeping primates of any size is a massive pain in the ass and she will probably end up giving it to a shelter or something in a month or two. You will probably have less damage to your house with a pig as an indoor pet than any size of primate. Bush Babies are up there with Toucans and large reptiles as pets people think would be really cool but end up causing nothing but financial pain and mental torture.

Shes playing the meta, 2 months from now we will have a tearful stream about how her little bushbaby was eaten, but her cat was a goodboy who dindu nuffin. My favorite part of HOMM3 is resource gathering and army building. As a result I almost exclusively play the Horn of the Abyss mod specifically because it's giant ass maps let me do that for hours and days on end.

If I remember correctly, part of the conditions for bringing the thread back and allowing it's continued existence was that we are to report anything remotely questionable in regards to loli and unironic thirstposting. Something like, 'if I come round and find pedophile shit without a bunch of reports attached I'll dumpster the whole thing.'

Better to err on the side of report happy rat than give Null any more excuses to put us up against the nearest wall.

For clips making use of our content, please refer to both the clip guidelines and overall guidelines.

Should the clip contain any third-party IPs, copyrights, or such, please ensure that you follow the rights holder's guidelines and/or terms of use. Additionally, please understand that we will not respond to any individual queries regarding such guidelines and/or terms.

The clip and overall guidelines do not apply to clips featuring paid content, i.e. members-only videos, concert footage, etc. We forbid the use of such content unless express permission is granted beforehand.

Our Requests

Please comply with the following requests regarding the creation and uploading of clips, as well as the "Requests" listed in the overall guidelines.

• Please list the following information at the start of the clip's description.
  • A URL link to the original source stream or video. (hereinafter to be referred to as "source")
  • The source's title
• Please refrain from uploading clips before the source stream ends and the VOD is made public.
• Please understand that we may initiate takedown procedures regarding a clip based on its content, thumbnail, and/or other factors.

Monetization

We will not interfere with the use of partner programs or creator programs on video sharing sites such as YouTube, Niconico, etc., any advertising revenue earned thereof, or any other monetization schemes offered by such sites, provided that the aforementioned guidelines, said sharing sites' terms of use, and all third-party guidelines are adhered to, and no IPs or copyrights are infringed upon.

* We forbid the registration of any created or submitted clips with Content ID, or any other automated identification system, as your own work.

Registration System

All individuals and/or groups involved in the creation of clips featuring our talent and/or content may register their clip channels with our company using the form linked below.

If you register, we will generally contact you using the details provided to receive notifications related to our clipping guidelines.

For instance, we will contact you to request a voluntary deletion before initiating any takedown processes, making it possible to avoid any penalties from the platform.

* There may be times that we initiate takedown procedures even if you are registered with us.

* If you do not comply with a deletion request within 7 days, we may initiate takedown procedures.

* We may cancel your registration with us depending on your clip content, thumbnails, or other factors.

The "additional notes" in the overall guidelines will apply.

Some TL;DR notes:

• Don't release a clip before the stream is over, and the VOD is made public. It's probably inferred from this that you should not release clips of privated VODs.
• Do not clip monetized content such as members only streams or concert footage.
• Include a link to the full VOD and the title in the description.
• Cover may take down clips based on their content, thumbnail, or other factors.
• Cover will not interfere with monetization but you must not submit your clips to Content ID.
• You can register your clip channel with them so they may contact you directly. This allows them to initiate a takedown without the clipper incurring a penalty on the platform (such as a copyright strike on YouTube.)
