My favorite part of HOMM3 is resource gathering and army building. As a result I almost exclusively play the Horn of the Abyss mod specifically because it's giant ass maps let me do that for hours and days on end.

Edit: I had a quick look at Callie attempt Malenia. The last run is pretty clean until the very last trade when she just tank two hit to the face, would have been another L if the boss doesn't die there. Still, a decent fight and she's fairly competent at the game, at least compare to her earlier stream.

Selen has HOMM3 as one of her favorite games. Probably doesn't think it'd be a very good stream game though. Too many games like it and the Sim management ones I like are just too chill and casual while simultaneously being too technical to just coast like a Minecraft stream.

Selen is good at rambling for hours on end, but she's also prone to announcing projects and collabs early which is why I always tune in. Enna, Rosemi and Pomu are also really easy to listen to, and all four mentioned tend to be 'doing something' at the same time rather than just having their model there staring off to the side as they read chat.

Some just have nice voices, too. I make no bones about Levi Elipha having my favourite V-Tuber voice so I tune in to her Zatsudan. People like Inui Toko and Umise Yotsuha also do regular morning streams to hang out. It really depends on the person but the type of stream itself can be great.

Very nice suggestions, I've always wanted to tune in a Toko morning stream. All of Ange's streamers are literally zatsus for me, they're really comfy. I'll definitely check out Umise, never heard of her before.

It could still be worse; It could be the endless economic grind of X3 and trying to dock properly in it. That said, it might be good background footage for a relatively quiet and chill stream.
