Yeah that can suck a bit. Kiara had a bit of this when she moved back to Austria. Same for Calli when Kiara left Japan. I feel like having someone close by or atleast in the same timezone as you can really help you out deal with shit like this. Hopefully Nina got on the phone and talked to Yugo.

Maybe yes maybe no. In some places, you have to basically spend the whole day visiting government offices and applying to that shit. If you have work you cant spend the whole fucking day waiting for handouts. So yes, she probably was doing poorly but had responsibilities and couldn't spend the whole day waiting for said government handouts.

Having something in English can help it stand out. Just like some Japanese wear clothing that has random English words on them that make no sense. I think Chris Broad talks about this on one of his videos about why there are so many examples of terrible examples of English.

I guess I'm the weird one who would want to say relatively sober and enjoy and remember a special night with my best friends. Then there are those who drink until they are completely drunk no matter what and have to have the bride take time to escort them to their rooms. Which way does it seem DDK leans? Which is kind of ironic because those same people probably watched "anime" growing up too - pokemon, yugioh, dragonball, naruto, ronin warriors, samurai pizza cats, etc etc. They just never realized it. I think most have figured it out though and gotten over the stigma, which is why anime and manga is pretty close to mainstream now with the newer generations.
