Boston is a shit hole, everyone knows that. The whole Carter case was stupid as she was charged with involuntary manslaughter there for instance for telling some sad fuck to kill themselves (who did) and served 15 months in jail as she was charged as a youthful offender and not as a minor even though she was. This dumb fuck should read up on his cases and learn that not every State has the same laws and has their own cases. Or better yet follow those internet peoples commands. It'll make his family feel better knowing he's no longer around.

At best there's usually only a case for either emotional distress or inciting violence according to some Lawyers. As whole though it's not actionable.

You know, we make fun of him for the hovel he lives in, but I'm of a mind that we should also make fun of the landlord that actually takes money for it. Somewhere out there is a dipshit who said, "yup, it's totally not shameful of me to accept money for people to live in this skidmark of an apartment." Perhaps a moot point, as it seems he may be on the streets now. I wait with bated breath for updates.

I admit I was skimming, but I could have sworn that some were speculating that some court documents didn't reach him because he may no longer be at that address. Unproven, of course, but it would be an interesting turn of events. As for Reddit posts, I have no idea, didn't read them. I can't even read screenshots of reddit as I do not wish to become a balding, morbidly obese, furry faggot. It is unlikely that reading reddit posts in any form would transform me like that, but why take the chance?

That is a possibility, but I find it less likely. The fact that he willingly lived in such a shithole implies he was either unwilling or unable to move. I think him moving to another apartment is unlikely as that costs money he doesn't have. I doubt his dad would have let him move back in after being stabbed in the fucking face. Given his personality, funds, and behavior, I find eviction to be the most likely event. Or maybe someone just fudged the address and I'm a retard, whatever.
