I don't think Shangi's a full cow, Rogue tried to paint him in a really bad light and was the literal only one doing so which made me very suspicious because Rogue is infamous for trying to paint anyone he doesn't like in the worst light possible. After observing him a bit more because of this I can say he has the potential to be a lolcow, but as it stands he's just a middle aged man with clear mental retardation who likes talking shit online with his friends. Some of his streams [Which are minorly passable] are actually kinda funny unironically.

If he keeps playing with fire like this though he will absolutely become a lolcow. He also gets into a LOT of drama which does amplify his lolcow potential. But he's not so awful [At least compared to most of the goons on this site], though my opinion of him could change on a whim depending on what he does next.

As far as I know it is used exclusively to host his fake apology, and only reason it was used that way is in fact that someone named Bibi Faizi falsely copyright claimed a number of his videos so YT froze the account for duration of investigating. Archive of the community post made almost immideatly after post was made and comments were turned off on both community post and video itself right from the start even though he welcomed people to leave comments in that post. You still (recent archive) cannot post comments.
Filesize too big, cannot upload directly here but it was downloaded and still is downloadable.
In the video he says he'll undo some of the damage he's done but he hasn't followed up on that word yet.

Maybe if he weren't such a complete shithead who sued everyone he met, someone renting a decent place would be willing to rent to him. Probably the only reason he hasn't sued that guy (yet) is it's the last place that will put up with his psycho ass. Personally I'd take the drunk on SSI over this prick.
