In my neck of the woods, it's the same. Probably because vet care has a high turnover rate everywhere and maintaining a large chain of clinics while trying to keep a standard with high turnover is a nightmare by definition. The closest I have seen were some large pet shops that offered in-house vet services with a resident vet, but this doesn't mean much as some of these places also branched out by selling gardening supplies (including plants that are toxic to house pets lol!) lol!

I love the dorkier part of Ina's character, the WWE stream got us some good clips that actually followed it to the letter, like the part where she simply rolled off the ring and laid down on the floor, stunned, while Kiara and Ame fought each other and Gura fought Calli lol!

Speaking of which, I have to thank Miko and Gura for getting me into that game. It's really fun and I spent almost an hour creating characters to fight each other yesterday, really neat!

Yuuka Bear is a depressing case. 125K subs, struggles to get 300 people in a stream. Usually it's more like 150. She seemed to be on the rise, but she changed her schedule to be half meme/shitpost reaction streams and growth basically stopped. Sad part is she's fairly talented and knows how to work her audience. IMO she could be one of the bigger EN indies if she'd just stream something worth watching. Life's too short to spend it watching a cartoon koala react to other people's zoomer humor TikTok videos.

One of my oshi Yuka streaming similar content time to time. And her meme react videos get 2 to 3 times more views as her game videos.

Small percent of viewers it's a problem for many indies and vtubers from small corp. Nene Amano from kawaii, Shiki Miyoshino from Prism, etc. And I don't know why as the number of subscribers grows, the number of viewers does not grow proportionally.

I feel like no one gives a shit about pets and if a vet fucks up surgery or even the after-care and the animal dies nothing really happens. I get she's pissed but I have a feeling that pursuing this wont get her anywhere. Just wasted money and at most a slap on the wrist to the vet. I could be wrong but then again I don't live where she does. Maybe people over there give more of a shit about animals.

It's so horrible how some vets will just take every penny and kill your pet and they usually get away with it. I had to take a cat to an emergency vet once and they couldn't do anything (but steal money) and wanted me to put him down or spend thousands to ship him to another vet (if he survived that long...) to "see what they could do". luckily I just took him home (expecting to say good bye) and my normal vet was able to do surgery on him for about 1/10 what the "try and see" trip would have costed and he made a full recovery.

Does anyone from the west actually like the cutesy anime voices girls do? Even in YouTube comments you see people talking about how deep voices Bae, Suisei, etc are all so much better.

When it comes to cutesy anime voices, I do enjoy those because it shows they are committed to playing the character they've established. There's been a few vtubers I've stumbled upon who just use their natural voice and they typically don't catch my interest. One that comes to mind is that loli succubus vtuber who got into some twitter controversy a while back. I checked out her stream to show some support because fuck twitter faggots. And she was using her natural voice and it just did not fit the model she was using so I kinda just tuned out.

If a female vtuber doesn't have a voice they want to use to play the character, than they just sound like a regular female streamer to me. And I'm not into that because they're a dime a dozen. Hell. even the Vshojo girls put on some kind of in-character voice.
