I dont think she cares, shes just happy the fupa is gone and i dont blame her cos you can't diet and exercise loose skin from pregnancies away. Was a bit of a yikes tho.

I feel like this was a bit of a hack job. I guess they started jabbing away with whatever tool they're using on the boob situation and just broke the rib doing that. I've seen how violent liposuction looks when they're doing it so I'm imagining something similar.

I found a pic of a gnarly tummy tuck scar, but it was a very well preformed surgery, obvi. I think it's par for the course, really. I don't think you can get pretty scars from invasive surgery like this.

If she listens to you, tell her to get some good scar lotion (or just simple Nivea can do the trick) or use these silicone sheets:
Silicone sheets
pretty pricey, but if u can afford the tummytuck, you can afford the sheets.

No, they should be similar to a c section scar after a few years, a little higher and a little bigger, but not a hip to hip slash like that. Thats bad. That’s pisspoor closure technique.
If you ever need surgery for anything big, talk about how they close you up, and how many layers they will suture. The ideal is multiple layers to hold everything together so that the skin isn’t pulled so much. If the skin is getting massively pulled about to close a deep wound you’ll end up with bad scarring.

That's what the UFC provides to fighter. They can get busted open something fierce so a plastic surgeon will close it up, layer by layer and while obviously different than a tummy tuck or other surgeries I've been impressed how well it often comes out.

Oooof that’s nasty. I used to work with a bloke who played amateur rugby and along with several breaks of the nose he’d had his palate broken by a collision.

The palate breaking sounds horrible. Nose, jaw, orbital and things like that is easier to understand but breaking the palate... Evangelista Santos got a dent in his forehead once, it kind of looked like this nonsense except it went inwards.

He underwent surgery to remove part of the oil from his hands. For a long time ago, and then because on a TV show he was persuaded to do it.

In my opinion, he is very stupid. Thrash and shock is the only thing he can do to draw attention to himself.

He always said that's the kind of hands he wants, no gym. Well, he achieved his goal and attracted enough attention that he would now earn and afford operations from surgeons.

I'm terrified, but at the same time, really curious. This thread and the bad tattoos thread has been one of my favorites for a while now.

Late, but depends on the type of tummy tuck. My aunt had triplets and decided to get a tummy tuck because her skin was so stretched out and saggy after she gave birth. She went to several surgeons and they all explained to her that she would need an extended tummy tuck because if she had a standard tummy tuck, they wouldn't be able to cut away all the sagging skin that went further than just the front of her abdomen.

She has a scar that goes from hip to hip, but it doesn't look bad IMO, it's been years and it's faded enough to where you really can't see it unless you're up close and looking for it. It looked really bad the first few months after surgery, but she took care of it and used scar sheets and applied scar gel, so I'm sure that helped things.
