This is settled law. Hopefully you remember that phrase after using it for the past 40 years when refering to abortion? You don't seem to be taking that well. There are mechanisms in the constitution to amend it, I suggest you get started on that. We'll check back in about 20 more years to monitor your progress,I've linked the poll a dozen times in this thread. I don't think RvW should be overturned. Are you really arguing most women want to lose their bodily autonomy? Here's a poll that shows 56% of women agree with me, and that's the lowest I have seen: https://today.yougov.com/topics/pol...rican-opinion-supreme-court-abortion-roe-wade
This entire subforum alone should show that there's tons of right-wing NPCs. In fact, calling people who disagree with you "NPC" is an NPC behavior. Sorry the truth hurts you, son. In your own words, cope and seethe and dilate. It's not healthy to live in denial as a coping mechanism.
jsyk a good percentage of abortions are done by women who already have one or two children, so, you know, that's a thing that happens.
It's actually not settled law at all. Which is the problem. The supreme court interprets the law, but they don't make the law. But because there's no federal laws regarding abortion, they only were able to use roe v wade as precedent until they didn't.This is settled law. You don't seem to be taking that well. There are mechanisms in the constitution to amend it, I suggest you get started on that. I'll check back in about 20 years to monitor your progress,
these people act like they live imprisoned in a dark dank cell, feasting off of caught rats and drinking their piss to survive.Nigga do they ever shut the fuck up?

No, the poll was people who oppose or favor Roe v Wade. This is settled law. Hopefully you remember that phrase after using it for the past 40 years when refering to abortion? Except your GOPers are trying to ban all abortions, at any point. Most women don't even know until what, about 8-12 weeks in?\That's plenty of time to go get the abortion pill, which effectively just initiates a miscarriage. This works up to 12 weeks unless I am mistaken.
"Just because I parrot everything Republicans and Fox News tell me to doesn't make me an NPC! That's those people who parrot everything Democrats and CNN tell them to!"Everyone is an NPC except me, for I am the main character, the protagonist, and the world revolves around me.
Can't do that since it also violates the constitution, for the same reason California can't collect taxes on people who left their shithole state. Some Republicans have said they wanted to charge them with murder for doing so.
Well, can't get anywhere unless you make concessions, so I appreciate it. There'll be no autistic screeching from me this morning, though I can't make that promise for anyone else.Again, I'm not really deep into the abortion debate because my stance is middle-ground so I get wrecked from all sides
It's never stopped them before. States banning abortion was also unconstitutional yet they did that before RvW was overturnedCan't do that since it also violates the constitution, for the same reason California can't collect taxes on people who left their shithole state.
Don't worry we're cutting that shit next. If you don't work, you don't eat.I'm sure EBT, WIC, and various other benefits don't have anything to do with this at all.
It's generally a known fact that most abortions occur within the first trimester, which it seems a good number of people agree upon. However, a lot of fuckery can happen and it's around 20ish weeks for doctors to know if the baby has issues.Yes, and? My stance is quite literally 'Women should be allowed as much freedom as possible to responsibly plan their families without resorting to killing a viable, fully formed infant that's in the process of sliding down the birth canal, or worse, already outside of the woman's body.'
Anyone that's popped out a few kids should know what being pregnant feels like and know fairly early (unless they are severely unhealthy, as I said in my first post).
That's plenty of time to go get the abortion pill, which effectively just initiates a miscarriage. This works up to 12 weeks unless I am mistaken.
Again, I'm not really deep into the abortion debate because my stance is middle-ground so I get wrecked from all sides, but I'm gonna guess you don't have a stat breakdown on when those women with other children go in for their 'abortion.' I'd also be curious to see if it's the pill form or the womb-blender.
I also don't see how that refutes that a large percentage of women with children would be horrified at the idea of killing a baby that's been born and is outside the womb.
All of that has been invalidated by the total ban on abortion Texas enacted as a trigger law. It's never stopped them before. States banning abortion was also unconstitutional yet they did that before RvW was overturned
Texas and Oklahoma and Idaho are trying to get around it by making it possible to sue people that do it. Are you against this as well?
Which amendment was that?States banning abortion was also unconstitutional yet they did that before RvW was overturned
Just like Jesus would wantDon't worry we're cutting that shit next. If you don't work, you don't eat.
I doubt that. All of that has been invalidated by the total ban on abortion Texas enacted as a trigger law.
That was literally what RvW court case was. I see you're fine with it, despite what you said earlier thoughWhich amendment was that?
Well said. This is exactly why I think there are more left-wing NPCs. I don't consider centrists and independents that may lean right for some issues to be right-wing NPCs like the legitimate far-right tards.I think a fairer assessment of the NPC debate is right wing NPC are closer to the far right, the left wing NPC infect the totality of their political parties. It's damning that independents and centrists tend to have conservative values, but aren't hard line on Republican talking points. The vast majority of democrats tend to be hardliners and march lock-step where ever the DNC wants to take them. Democrats also take really strict with us or against us stances which among all the other problems it brings with their ability to reason and compromise, makes them insufferable cunts.
Lmao I never called you an NPC or said the words seethe or dilate, only pointed out an obvious truth.I've linked the poll a dozen times in this thread. I don't think RvW should be overturned. Yet oddly enough americans living abroad still have to pay US taxes. It's just an amusing quirk, not arguing anything. Can't do that since it also violates the constitution, for the same reason California can't collect taxes on people who left their shithole state.
I fail to see why a popular poll would have anything to do with any judicial ruling. The judicial branch is not about fulfilling the will of the people. That is done through the legislative branch.I've linked the poll a dozen times in this thread. I don't think RvW should be overturned. Abortion pills are by far the most tolerable form of abortion. Democrats could have had first trimester abortion as federal law but they wanted to kill 9 month old babies too and wouldn't compromise. It's generally a known fact that most abortions occur within the first trimester, which it seems a good number of people agree upon. However, a lot of fuckery can happen and it's around 20ish weeks for doctors to know if the baby has issues.
Little scatterbrained, don't mind me. The abortion pill doesn't work if you take specific medications or if you're overweight, which in the united states isn't exactly unheard of. And if the pills aren't available because states want to ban those, that kind of makes your point moot. And it is usually pills that are used to induce abortion in the first trimester. It starts getting a bit dicey (unintentional but intentional pun) in the second and third, though.
This I 100% agree with.I don't think a majority of people pretty much anywhere are trying to abort babies post-birth. That would be murder.
Doubt it all you want hulk. You're not getting a doctor to kill your baby in Texas.Just like Jesus would want
I doubt that.
