Yeah, pretty sure this weekend will be a shitshow for Mercedes and Hambone performance wise. Toto probably pulled some strings for the journos to publish the story to distract the people from what will happend this sunday. That, or perhaps the Liberty Media themselves (though in this case it's probably not jusy Mercedes). Same usual shit in my country
Gotta lube up before the main show.
Something something fans shouted gamer word at Lewis
something something something undoubtedly it's those cracka Verstappen fans!

Well why didn’t you then? Presumably because most of your fanbase would have genuinely asked ‘who is Nelson Piquet?’
Also yes, the guy he’s RTing is indeed a black American because that’s his only fanbase.
What if people just respected the heritage of the sport they compete in?
Nelson Piquet is a legend, who won his world championships before Lewis was even conceived.
Piquet drove races in a time when getting on the grass at the wrong place would mean you would die a horrible death
if you are lucky.
If you are unlucky, your car somersaults into a grandstand, explodes and you as well as a dozen or so people from the audience die a horrible death.
Hamilton isn't worthy to kiss Piquet's feet.
They're not F1 fans. They're obnoxious fanboys/girls for specific drivers. They're like Ronaldo/Messi stans in football - they don't give a shit about anything other than seeing a highlights reel of their hero and the various baubles attached to their name.
It's always most apparent when they argue rules. They have literally no knowledge of this sport, its rules, how the tech works, what regulations apply under what circumstances.
Their understanding is "Someone inconvenienced Bloowis, that person must be punished."
I bet most of them were completely taken aback the first time Lewis was shown the blue flag and had to move out of the way for another car, I bet none of his fanboys understood what was going on there and they wondered, why Lewis wasn't allowed to fight over the "position". And I bet quite a few were ready to make it about Lewis being black.
I do always enjoy the irony of the anglosphere deciding what someone meant when they were talking in their own language in the context of their own culture and that it must be offensive. "No that can't possibly mean something other than what we as nonspeakers of your langue have decided it means".
Like that one time Twitter got mad during Olympics when someone posted an image of an athlete with "Niger" written on the back... until someone took those brainless dipshits to school and told them that "Niger" is a nation in Africa.
The same kind of people, oftentimes black, that idolize black culture, don't know a single fucking thing about Africa. And it's fucking hilarious.
