Even when he severely caps the "viewers choices" rejecting and deleting picks. He still picks a game that absolutely everyone knows is a garbage frustrating mess. I don't know what's worse. Fucking up your own curated viewers choice poll, or continuing through with it even after you know it's taking years off your life the least top toeing stroke territory. Elden ring didn't even have him tilted like this.

How do you call yourself the king of retro and not know this game is absolute agony and or dog shit.

You don't need to fuck with Phil irl. Just vote on the polls bro. Time after time he steps on the same old rake. Repeatedly putting a stick in his own bicycle spokes. It dosent amount to much and that's what makes it so great. The simple things are often times the sweetest.

Savescum some more you fat fuck. The wild thing is, people actually beat this game without all of these fucking savestates, guides and handholding. Even with ever fucking advantage in the world over the original game, he somehow struggles more than most did decades ago.

Based on the video, he really didn't. Brought up the save menu, selected "Save 1", then never actually completed the saving before closing the game.
