I always crack a smile imagining the call centre pajeets that try the wrong number text scam only to be met with Patrick saying “You are mentally ill, stalker. You have been instructed, many hundreds of times, to cease contacting this phone number. Continuing to do so consititutes felony telephone harassment. Do not contact this again.”
Even the above example demonstrates Patrick’s inability to help himself. These response only goad people into mocking him or like above, pass on his details and keep contacting him.

They are donating plasma, not blood btw. The machine Nikki is hooked up to is used to separate the plasma from the blood and then return the blood back to the donor.
Pat and Nikki are broke and are in desperate need of that $50 each from donating plasma.

I thought it was interesting that Fatrick set up his car blog earlier in the year but let it sit until recently. What changed? Did his recent run-ins with his woke friends on Twitter convince him that maybe he should activate a back-up plan in case his stupid personality gets canceled (again)? Or maybe he's getting some Asian persuasion to pay Quasi we haven't seen evidence of yet. Fatrick still holds many mysteries.
