Sounds like Abe was one of the rare few politicians who had the best interests for their country. You see the burnt out office worker, the agoraphobic hikkikomori, and autistic NEET incel stereotypes often in Japanese entertainment (**coughAnimecough**), but there's usually a reason stereotypes exist, and it sure sounded like Abe was trying to tackle a lot of the societal problems that affected Japan's citizens.

I also find it funny that the Pronoun Police insist on calling him a fascist like.........lol what. With how long he was a PM, you would think a guy who had fascist beliefs would start implementing fashy laws and not uhhhhh....promoting a healthier work culture and women's rights?
Fuckers need to understand that other countries don't have the same societal and cultural issues as the west does but then again, they also believe men are women so may as well just mock them for being mentally deranged.

Joe Biden funny enough used the death of Abe to push his gun control agenda.

And many liberal mainstream outlets dismissed him as some sort of evil man to keep it simple.

I found this behavior annoying from shitlibs and their supporters but they will take something simple and go out of their way to make it look "nefarious" as possible.

If you have a machine shop, you can make small arms that are just as good as the best that the military uses.
The advantage of PA Luty's SMG, some of the "3D Printed" designs, and pipe guns are that they can be built by people with no skill, no tools, and no private space. In an actual civil war, they would be quickly replaced by "real" guns either made in a rebel factory (like in Gaza, Vietnam, Khyber, etc.) or stolen from the enemy.
It's even worse then you think: It would take a good machine shop with computer-guided laser-cutting tools (aka any modern machine shop) only a couple of weeks to design and cut out every component needed for a Teller-Ulam thermonuclear device. The only, and I mean ONLY roadblocks to an H-bomb are sourcing the plutonium, lithium deuteride and enough tritium to complete the device.

I am not even joking. The accurate US sourced plans are out there. Not even on the 'dark web' but openly on the internet. It's a damn scary age we live in. One successful raid on Dimona or Chalk River's plutonium storage could get the raw plutonium needed, the U-238 for the secondary is relatively easy to get, the lithium deuteride can be synthesized from common precursors, and the tritium can be purchased in small amounts by multiple accounts worldwide within weeks.

Shit could get real bad, REAL fast.

That's very informative you should post them here so we may learn what plans to avoid

The only people who say this are butthurt chinks. There were the Tokyo, Manila, Nanjing War Trials, etc which resulted in a ton of high ranking Japanese officials being executed. Just because the Japanese aren't cucks like the Germans are still paying reparations for shit most people weren't alive for doesn't mean they never paid for their actions.
If you go to Tokyo, you can go shopping at Sunshine City, a shopping mall built at the site of Sugamo Prison, where they hanged the convicted war criminals. Relevant to this discussion, it's where the Americans hanged Hirota Kouki and Tojo Hideki, both former prime ministers. Another prime minister died of old age in Sugamo prison and another died shortly after he was released.

It doesn't get much more serious than executing and imprisoning heads of national governments.

Edited to add: I now realize I saw a guy in a fucking Naruto costume clowning around for kids in the same place they hanged Tojo. What a country!

Almost all your ancestors had to balance being parents with having to hunt, farm, and fight to survive., 2/3 women in Japan are still able to figure out how to be mothers even with the current state of society. The issue is figuring out why 1/3 of men and women decide to not have children.
I've read several interviews and studies with women who have decided to be childless, these were European women, and not Japanese women, but I still find what they stated illuminating. In most examples the ones in their early 20s did state their personal economy a lot, but as they began having careers in their late 20s and early 30s that stopped being an issue, and it wasn't the career that stopped them either. Most of the women who decided to be childless stated they didn't want to worry about it. They thought it was a lot of pressure, and it's just easier to not have children of your own to raise.
I don't think the economy is the reason why women and men decide not to have children. I think the main reason is that without children being a necessity, there will always be about 1/3 of the population that just can't be bothered. Children used to be your insurance policy, your pension plan. If you became sick they were the ones who would be taking care of you. When you became too old to work they would be the ones who provided you with food and shelter.
Now that both men and women can live independently on public funds from cradle to grave, I think there will always be the one third of the population who just can't be bothered.
Having kids is less useful on a practical level than it once was, so the more immediate incentive isn't there and far fewer people are enthusiastic about it.

But the general difficulty of raising children helps that.

For example back in the day if a couple wanted to go out someplace then whatever, go drop the kids off at one of the neighbors' houses. Send them outside to play, it was generally safe to let the kids run around doing fucking whatever, because people were more likely to know each other and be on the lookout for any creeps/knew and were willing to help each others' families. It wasn't exclusively on you to protect/entertain/supervise kids, and it was easier to keep malicious influences out. It was more of a mutual community process.

There are absolutely people around who'd like to have kids and who have the money, but they simply don't know how the hell they're supposed to raise kids when they can barely have pets without it being an immense stress.

Unfortunately that's going to arise in any country where they replace culture with work. Japan is a vision of the future for the US if something doesn't change, a culture of miserable neurotic socially isolated pedophiles where in women youth is the #1 value, and in men economic status is, and even the act of getting someone to talk with you at the bar is commodified.

I mean, if my understanding of nuclear devices isn't incorrect, there's a pretty refined process that has to happen to make it go off; the core needs to be surrounded by a special type of directed explosive that needs to be very specifically shaped/arranged and rigged to all go off absolutely simultaneously, within nanoseconds of each other, with enough inward force to compress the enriched material just right to make the core go critical and have the process happen.

The bullet model of nuclear devices I think are simpler, but they're way, way less efficient and require way more material since the majority of it gets scattered before it can go off.

I'm sure there's got to be a nuclear bomb autist somewhere on KF who'd be more familiar. That seems like the kind of person who'd hang around a site like this.

The assassin was confirmed to be former Navy right? I'd say it's quite plausible he was familiar with English at least to the point that he could easily recognize english characters and translate unfamiliar words from English to Japanese via Google.

Google claims less than 30 percent of Japan's residents can speak English. And due to the internet Japan's residents at least know the ABCs to type in URLs.

But I don't know shit, maybe moonrune users just type in their Kanji into a search engine.
Not exactly. Seeing some newer news reports they are being a bit more circumspect about that. It seems he may have "Worked for" the JMSDF for 3 1/2 years. But is now unemployed. Nobody is mentioning an actual service record anymore. So he was possibly just a civilian employee or contractor of some sort.

"facist" to lefties now just means "someone I don't like for any reason", exactly like how they used to call everything "racist" a few years ago

This is a real tragedy, I always thought positive things when he came on stage, the type of political actor every nation should wish for. I said some less positive things in the original A&N thread, i'll repeat them here. Abe's policies to "fix" the birthrates have been a disaster, despite memes and clickbait. Some just were weary of him and his presence, even after stepping down but i didn't think it went this far.

The "former" title is a misnomer, elections haven't happened yet, so Fumio Kishida is an incumbent with all the same Jiminto policies as Abe, kind of like how Kathy Hochul is very much a Cuomo 2 for the US State of New York. I am not here to tell you a meme isn't funny, but tying a man who was reelected due to successful foreign policy, a less pussyfoot mentality about the east asian theater, and someone who balanced Japanese patriotism with respect for trade partners like the USA with le epic procreate is retarded. I can't say it enough, his policies were obtuse and FAILED. A small uptick in births due to closures that was completely unrelated to the esoteric typically japanese indirect messaging about having children doesn't mean the economy won't collapse. I never asked for China's act first speak later method of population control but all of east asia will see a population decline due to massive societal changes, Japan just being slightly ahead of the more urban ROK and ROC does not make for a successful policy.

This doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of Abenomics, which all led to a further stagnation of the economy. The best thing they did was a soft and then a harder divestment into manufacturing in China in this decade, as with increasing tensions its become a national security risk as IP is one of best competitive advantages Japan has.
There's also the taxes, but whatever, its pretty easy to see how they are used.

well Japanese use the same basic scientific units as europeans.
also building a simple gun like he used is very very easy and you onle need a manual to load them with the right stuff(or just a bit of space to for testing).

Pretty much everyone knows everything needed to build a gun.
Its a tube filled with an explosive and using an electric spark to fire is clever but its nothing outlandish, everyone knows that you can make a spark with electricity.

only the low iq of sand niggers is keeping us alive.

a Dirty bomb is a much bigger risk for humanity. you can find everything you need for that in alooot more places. we had a couple of incidents that involved enough radioactive material to kill aloooooot of people, those incidents also involved scrap hunters stealing from abendonent hospitals.

So is this killer a schizo or what?
Last I heard Abe was pretty much retired for health reasons.
Which is often code for "avoiding trouble re: corruption" but I don't know Japan politics enough to know.

Now I not at all against some glowing/minecrafting behaviour on polititians, but I do draw the line on retirees.
Feels rather pointless overall unless they did some real bad stuff.

Huh.

If I'm understanding it right, the NHK Party is literally... ok, imagine UKIP, except instead of Brexit, they were a political party ENTIRELY devoted to ending the BBC licensing fee.

Basically a meme party.

Creator of Yu-Gi-Oh died yesterday, he used a graveyard effect. How many more tributes to summon Exodia?
Someone's using an Exodia Necross deck
Was that ban just as ridiculous, or worse/not as bad, as when Beavis and Butthead retconned Beavis being a pyromaniac?
I believe the show was just delayed, not cancelled outright.
If you search his name on Twitter about a third of the results are from american trannies calling him a fascist.
Why am I not surprised?
You can't defame the dead, so you could spew all sorts of bad stuff about Byuu, outright false, even, and it wouldn't matter. Of course, he's already a rapist and pedophile, so it's hard to make him look any worse.
I dunno, I think the best thing to do is to keep spreading words of a shitheel's misdeeds in life. I do that all the time with Zac Bertschy.
So it's like all such cases: a based populace and a duplicitous politician.

How do leftoid freaks like Byuu wind up in Japan, anyways?
An interest in anime/Japanese entertainment, and through it the belief that there's more accepting conditions in regards to their political alignment. That shit was huge back in the 2000s, and boy, did it turn out that many of these weeaboos are coddled to shit.
Why are faggot Weebs so pusshurt over this? Japan wanted your grandpappies dead, slaughtered more Americans than anyone else. Abe is just another faggot Jap 'nationalist' lol who would sooner see you raped to death then he experience a knat on his shoulder.

Imagine caring about some anti-white scum pro Jap faggot.
Imagine some internet loner with a retard for a profile pic hoping for some attention aylmao

Throw out less obvious takes next time, fag, hahaha
Don't a number of Japanese also believe in Shinto, which teaches that the spirits of the deceased live on instead of reincarnating - and may even become kami? And in any case, doesn't the average Japanese person not really take traditional religions too seriously, nor the contradictions between them?
lol, you and @Meiwaku need more time hitting the books than the farms, just saying, Shinto and Buddhism exist with interchangable syncretic and mutual beliefs. There's also beliefs that you can just straight up and go to heaven after fulfilling your life's destiny, be it to be a farmer or die in battle slaying your intended foes. Naraku/Jigoku serves more like a kind of purgatory in Buddhism, but the main goal = transcendence.
Jesus Christ, poor guy Japan is fucked up. I don’t know why the west romanticise Japan so much when it seems so Insular and revengeful.
Someone said it before but as long as there's humans, there's always is going to be a seedy underbelly. All of the shit alot of farmers say doesn't deter me from wanting to go either way, neither will the assassination of Abe.

To directly address your point, and I know I'm going to get a lot of "muh country" asshurt, but it is that idea of peace and being able to handle shit without flying off the walls, as well as confronting shit nobly and rightfully that is an undercurrent in Japanese culture. Again, humans aren't perfect and flaws are everywhere in this life, but that's what gets people drawn into Japan outside of the nation. I'm not here to discuss anime shit, that goes somewhere else.

I mean I'm into weeb shit but I know that's cringe in Japan.
